1. We did like its staff. Especially it is necessary to note the goodwill and diligence of waitress Paulina Engelman and professionalism of their Italian cook Antonio. 2. The hotel location is very convenient. Ventilation in a room could be better

Nice, clean and spacious facility in a great location... Only met one staff member who spoke fluent English, but they all did there best, and the language barrier in Germany is part of the fun ;)

Gemütliches, kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Sevicepersonal, Zimer waren hübsch und sauber. Es liegt gleich am Kurpark, der zum Spatzieren einläd, liegt aber trotdem sehr zentral sowohl zur Stadtmitte als auch zum Bahnhof.

Es ist angegeben das Kartenzahlung akzeptiert wird,jedoch wurde kurz vor der Abreise gesagt das man doch in bar zahlen muss und dadurch musste man sich erstmal auf den Weg machen um seine Bank zu finden. Die Matratze in meinem Einzelzimmer war sehr durchgelegen und man hatte morgens leicht Probleme aus dem zu kommen.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Lage nahe dem Luitpoldpark. 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Zimmer schlicht aber sauber, sowie allses nötige vorhanden. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet für diesen Preis. Alles wichtige und Frühstück von 8-11 Uhr ! Einen Anwohner-Parkausweis kann man sich gegen 20,- Kaution leihen. Damit kann man dann kostenlos in der Innenstadtnähe parken. Freundliches Personal, Rezeption nur auf Abruf besetzt, für den Preis aber völlig ok und Personal war immer gleich zur Stelle. In Summe hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Hotel ist ideal für eine Kurzreise und für slolche Personen, welche einfach gut und günstig in einem suaberen Zimmer übernachten wollen.

Standort des Hotels (Park) und Cerviceleistung durch Frau Grebe (unten genannt). Geschäftsführung kann sich glücklich schätzen, daß sie so eine aufopferungsvolle Mitarbeiterin hat. Wir waren fast 14 Tage in diesem Hotel und wissen wovon wir reden. Die Angestellten werden von der Geschäftsführung offensichtlich ausgenutzt.Wir hatten eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin (Frau Aleftina Grebe), die im Prinzip das ganze Geschäft alleine abwickeln mußte. Sie war dabei aber immer zuvorkommen und hatte immer ein offenens Ohr für ihre Gäste. Erfüllte alle möglichen Wünsche.

Ich war nur 1 Nacht dort, kann daher nicht viel sagen, habe mich aber auf jeden Fall wohl gefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Kurpark ist ideal, der Bahnhof ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Kurpark und nur wenige Gehminuten ins kleine gemütliche Städtchen, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Restaurant absolut zu empfen. Zur Zeit jedoch nur am Wochenende geöffnet.

Die Lage war gut. Das Zimmer sauber. Die Matratzen in den Betten waren viel zu weich (oder durchgelegen). Die Minibar war komplett leer und da am Dienstag Ruhetag ist, hatten wir keine Möglichkeiten auch nur irgendwas zu trinken zu bekommen.

zuvorkommender, freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück; preiswertes kleines, aber gemütliches und geschmackvolles Doppelzimmer mit allem Notwendigen: klein, aber fein; günstige kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit mit Gäste-Parklizenz, Anfahrt direkt vors Haus, Parken in der Nähe und am Bahnhof mit Busanschlüssen, Lage direkt am gepflegten Kurpark, Frühstück mit Blick in den Park (bzw. auf der Terrasse am Park) und in kurzer Gehweite zum Kurhaus, Theater und Zentrum frühmorgendlicher Anlieferverkehr am Großsanatorium direkt vor den Fenstern auf der Südseite
