Location great, staff very nice and helpful. Rooms clean, all what we need was there. We did not take breakfast , so about this i cant say nothing. Most in this hotel, its price, and for this money its just perfect. Good location, normal rooms, quit place. We lived a car for night and all day in parking of hotel but they took money only for night, day was free, and its was nice!!!

Extremely helpful staff. Anytime I needed anything, they were there for me. When I told them it was too cold in the room, they got me an extra heater. When I asked about good place to eat, they recommended an excellent bavarian tavern. They called me a taxi, and had a room to store my suitcases after I checked out. They even gave me a voucher for a free breakfast. Clean bathrooms and simple, but nice furniture. Sometimes it was hard to connect to the internet - I was on the fifth floor. Rooms are a bit cold, but that was improved with the extra heater.

The location, close to the city centre The rooms were freezing cold and horribly smelled of cigarettes. The bathrooms were poorly installed and hot water was not available. Would not advise anyone to spend a night here. A 0 star hotel, if you were to ask me.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is only 2-3 tram stops from the central station. Comfortable beds.. There was not enough space in the room and although the room was clean, there were some hair on the bed... Strange people on the road where the hotel is located..

There were always fresh fruites and cookies in the lobby. As well as free 24 hours access to coffee-maschine and tea-boiler with wide choice of tea. Really super!! Thank you! We ordered the room for two, but negotiated that the 9 years-old child will be with us, sleeping in parents' bed. But in the room was left only 2 pillows, 2 towels... No stuff for the child... :(

Positive aspect of this hotel is the low prices. They also serve some fruits for customers. There is also wifi in rooms. Extremely small elevator, The area and the neighbouring building appears a bit shady, particularly during nights, Breakfast was not really good.

Very good location, close to the zob bus station. Nearby there is a very popular bar restaurant with traditional and cheap Munich food. The room is good, supplying fruit as compliment.

The room was inexpensive and spacious. Not that far from the Hackerbrücke S-Bahn station. Quite far from the center by foot. I walked there only once. Toys R Us and Saturn nearby as well as the Bavaria Statue in Theresienwiese. Nice and helpful staff. Floors were very cold and the pillows extremely unconfortably lumpy!

The hotel is located in the walking distance from the historical center and most tourist attractions, as well as shops. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Rather slow Internet connection. The street where the hotel is situated is inhabited by immigrants and in the evening it may seem to be not a very safe place.

The location of the hotel was good. There was only a small chance to sleep, because a pub is on the street with a lot of drunk people during the whole night which was extremly loud. Every morning we had to wake up at 8 when the maid slamed the doors, shouting, they did not even care a little that maybe someone would like to sleep. And the walls, the doors, the windows were so thin, we were actualy able to hear everything what happened in the entire hotel. Our whole stay was really unconfortable and annoying.

The staff were friendly. The location is great as it is only 2/3 tram stops from the central station. Rooms were clean and comfy. Really enjoyed my stay and would definately go back. There was no aircome/fan in our room so we needed to keep the windown open so keep cool at night. As the street below was relatively busy, it was a little noisy while trying to sleep.
