A really nice appartment, simple and zen

It was a great stay but compared to rents you usually pay in Berlin (pretty cheap) the price is exaggerated. We payed for one week what you'd usually pay monthly for a room that size.

A place to feel like home. And so clean. Absolutely recommendable.

Riesige und traumhaft schöne Wohnung für 12 Personen in der Nähe des U-Bahnhofs Seestraße in Wedding. Optimal für Touristen, da man in ein paar Minuten im touristischen Zentrum Berlins ist. Ruhige Gegend, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es genug.

Great flat in a wonderful city. My room was very big. Met the owner, he is a very nice and helpful guy. Hope to come back as soon as possible.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. It looked like it had been newly renovated and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. The cleaners who were very friendly came regularly and there was also the use of a washing machine and dryer which was a big plus. Not in the nicest area but the apartment was nice. 2 minute walk to the underground. Great having secure parking facility for a small fee.

No lift. Not that it bothered us, it was quite good exercise but if you get the same apartment as us you need to carry everything 4 flights of stairs. When we arrived the staff weren't very friendly. It was if they were annoyed at us for something as if we should have known the key was in the cafe down stairs, but we had not been given any instructions of the sort. We weren't showen around the apartment just taken to the door. Basically I had to do all the asking e.g which key is for what etc, and I got minimal answers. Also we were not given any information on the city and there was nothing available at the apartment.

Perfect apartment! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location is great. We had our bicycles with us, which we could safely park in the inner yard. Brandenburg Gate is just a 4 km ride but it is also just 2 minutes walking from the nearest U-Bahn station.

The fourth floor without lift could be a problem for some; we didn't mind.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Very clean, spacious rooms and easy to walk everywhere. Excellent value for the money, would highly recommend the apartment.

It was very clean. The room was very big. There was a long table in my room. the closet was very spacious. It had washing machine and Iron which was very convenient. There was a train station within 5 minutes walk. The kitchen was very clean and as I enjoy cooking and it is more economical to cook, I loved the kitchen.

It did not have a lift and my room was on 3rd floor, so if you are old or if you have lot of luggage, it will be difficult.

It was so clean and private! You couldnt hear the neighbors or traffic. The location is perfect a 30 second walk to the U-bahn and S-bahn right around the corner. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious!

Die Zeit in dem Apartment war spitze, alles sehr sehr sauber und gute Einrichtung. Bett bequem, hab entspannt geschlafen.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Sauber und komfortabel ist es, könnte nicht besser sein.

Tiefgarage war sehr schlecht... Hatte extreme Flecken auf meiner Autoscheibe, die nur runterzukratzen gingen!

bellissimo appartamento, ben arredato, pulito e confortevole...buono il rapporto qualità prezzo...3 min a piedi dalla metropolitana che in 15 min ti porta in centro. se andate all aereoporto di Tegel ci vogliono 5 min a raggiungerlo(5 fermate di metro). ottimo davvero

Schoon appartement. Aanwezigheid van een wasmachine. Complete inventaris. Zeer vriendelijke medewerker, die wij spraken over de Wifi verbinding. Zij herstelde meteen de verbinding, welke van zeer goede kwaliteit en snelheid is.

Was even zoeken, waar de sleutel moest worden gehaald. Internet café blijkt winkeltje annex broodjeszaak te zijn met erachter een ruimte met pc'S. 3 Hoog is 6 grote trappen!

Man teilt sich die Wohnung mit zwei anderen Person, jeder hat ein Zimmer, Bad und Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt. Das war eine tolle Erfahrung für mich! Die Altbauwohnung ist riesig, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Einfach top! Stylisch, sauber und preiswert, was will man mehr.

Мы жили на Вильденовштрассе,5а. Однокомнатные апартаменты. Интернет работает хорошо, близко продуктовые магазины, остановки U и S-bahn. Симпатичный и уютный интерьер.

Газовая колонка (шумная), 3 этаж без лифта (тем кому тяжело ходить), нет микроволновки, посудомойки. Прохладно в квартире (зимой)

die wohnung war super sauber und schön eingerichtet. die lage war optimal für alle touren in berlin- mitte und hat eine sehr gute anbindung an die u-bahn.
