L72 Appartements Berlin Mitte    

Great price for nice apartments - but the key was the location. It was in a great area, right by U-Bahn and other public transport, and walking distance from some great places. There are also a few really cool bars very nearby - Mein Haus am See was particularly good. Recommend to any group of mates on a holiday who want to be in the thick of the action.

In general clean, luxurious, helpful staff and excellent location.

Bed linen of the sleeping couch was dirty (not washed).

Wifi was good once I plugged in the adaptor which I wasn't told about. Parking was secure. Very clean and comfortable place with all facilities. Was able to get washing done in the washing machine. Bed very comfortable, nice modern bathroom. 50 inch plasma TV.

Parking was a little expensive. All TV programs were in German. Need to get BBC on cable :)

Paid for three rooms, and stayed at one! I’ve booked a three-room (two bedrooms and a living room) apartment at this hotel for my husband, my mother and me in the middle of October 2012. The hotel demanded full payment and I paid in advance for all the days of stay. When we arrived, we found the one-room apartment only. The manager of the hotel said that it was his fault, but he could not change apartment because all of them was full. He offered returning the money (50% of sum we paid). We agreed, as we had no choice, even though we are not used to sleep three in a room. However, a month has passed, and the money on the card was not return. I called the hotel and another manager said that the manager that served us is fired. I described the problem, he said that he couldn’t check where we really have stayed at one-room apartment since they don’t register guests. But he promised to discuss to the owners of the hotel a possible solution of the problem and contact me. But sure… no answer any more. Many thanks Booking.com team they helped me to return my money… on April 2013. By the way refund was from Booking.com but not hotel. My recommend avoid this hotel and its dishonourable staff.

I liked the fact that it was so close to a U-Bahn station, close to other major U and S-Bahn stations. The apartment was absolutely comfortable and it was equipped with all the basics one could need. The internet was pretty good for my basic needs, after all I didn't go to Berlin just to stay in the apartment. The only thing missing was a beer opener, luckily I can open a beer with a lighter :)

I didn't quite like the fact that the sound isolation of the rooms was not that great, I could hear almost everything from the rooms below. But I guess this is due to the fact that the building is quite old. Another thing was that there is no elevator and I stayed on the top floor.

Cheap price, good for students.

The advert was misleading. The room was ram down and had a bad smell.

For the late check-in (after 22:00) the hotel has additional fee - 30 Euros. They ask to inform about it, I did it but when I arrived nobody was there... It was terrible, everything was closed. Just phone number on the door...are you kidding me??? I pay for the services and I have to call at night and wait for 2 hours to open the door???

The flat is comfortable for 2. I was with a companion and the room separating screen makes a full impression that you actually have two rooms. The kitchen is equipped for everything you may need.

Tv set didn't work

It was spacious, comfortable and well appointed for a family of 5. It was very conveniently located to the U-Bahn, only 2 stops from Alexander Platz. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a delightful and enjoyable stay.

Very impressive apartments, clean, roomy with good facilities. Great value close to Mitte - almost everything within walking distance.

No escalator.

modern facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. warm even in freezing temperatures. location right next to u-bahn and great restaurant called Transit around the corner.

smell in bathroom, no tea/coffee provided (other Berlin apts do this), smaller than other apts i've stayed in- had to go thru kitchen to get to bathroom, and fridge not in kitchen. Some staff weren't very friendly, lady was nice though.

Great modern Apartments, clean, comfortable, with everything you need! A very good staff too! The position of the apartments is fantastic because the nearest metro "Rosenthaler Plaza" is at 100 mt.

The only negative thing is the internet connection. You can't use it if you stay at the upper floors. You can catch it only at ground floor!

I loved that it was located very near the Sbahn and places to eat. Also there is a convenience store right around the corner which is very hard to find in Berlin. Also the apartment was fairly big and provided all the creature comforts of home.

It doesnt have an elevator which is hard if you have a top floor and heavy luggage. Also they advertise they have internet but the wireless didnt work hardly at all and when it did it was a very weak signal. Also the room next door was smoking the good stuff and if you opened the door you could smell it strongly. As well as the last two nights a couple of rooms had a party and were fairly loud. It wasnt bad if you closed the doors and I had a fan so I couldnt hear them. This probably isnt the best place for a family.

Wireless internet was not powerful enough to be able to use in our room. Would have been handy. Internet roaming is expensive!

We often combine work with travel, and never book hotels without wireless internet - we often use our evenings abroad to work, and want to be able to do that from our room. Our choice to stay at your hotel was mainly due to the standard of the rooms together with the wireless internet. We asked about it after the first night and were told, that the reason we couldn't find the network was due to many users. The second day we asked, we were told it hadn't been working for a week. We find it very odd, that guests are not informed in advance so other accomations could have been booked. We wrote the hotel afterwards and asked to be refunded for the lack of service not provided but paid for - we were ignored totally, which I find extremely rude. On top of that, it was very noisy at night because of the small backyard - you can hear everything, and shouting late at night occurs often. We will not recommed this to our business associates and friends due to the above. We're disappointed!!!
