Clean room, central-ish location, decent breakfast. We really didn't find the staff terrible accomodating. Creaky, ancient spiral staircase only means to get to the rooms. The area is loud, with a rather boisterous bar crowd across the street. The room was a bit small, even by Germany standards. |

Près du centre. Très bon petit-dejeuner buffet et personnel très agréable. Chambre avec vue sur les toits et le Dom mais malheureusement au quatrième étage sans ascenseur. |

Very friendly hotel, obviously loved by the owners, very helpful, close to the Cathedral, restaurants, bars. Nice breakfast, good value for money. The owner was extremely helpful, we enjoyed our stay very much. |

Terrible hotel. If you want slipless nights you are welcome. Everywhere smoke from cigarettes. Sheets kind of thorny. Never again. |

The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was very clean, with quirky furniture and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was a good German one: meats, cheeses, breads, yogourt and warm boiled eggs. It would have been good to have had tea and coffee making facilities. The room smelt very very slightly of cigarettes. |

The staff member was very friendly and welcoming and we felt comfortable. The room was immaculately clean - we couldn't find anything wrong with the presentation. There was some kind of conference in town so the price was higher than usual (we paid around 150 euros for a double room) and it there was the smell of smoke that would waft into the room which was a bit annoying. The hotel is situated on a street with shops and small restaurants therefore it was a bit noisy at night but nothing too disturbing. |

Couldn't do better for a Hotel in Cologne. Breakfast was good, shower was hot with good water pressure. Excellent location, quick walk to Hbf train station and Cathedral. Restaurants all around with an excellent Italian place directly next door. Highly Recommend Hotel La Isla |

Schone kamer. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.Belangrijk voor ons: 15 min. lopen van het hoofdstation en van de Dom. Het hotel bevindt zich in een hoog smal huis zonder lift.(Vijf verdiepingen) Het is af te raden voor mensen die moeite hebben met traplopen. |

Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Jammer,dat er geen lift is.Is wel vervelend,als je 74 bent en op de derde verdieping logeert . Maar de rest maakt veel goed. |

Ystävällinen palvelu, perusmukavuudet ok, loistava sijainti keskustaan nähden Ympäristö hieman epämääräinen, tosin nopeasti pääsi Domille. Ilmoitin gluteenittomasta ruokavaliosta etukäteen ja jopa listasin kaupat, joista gluteenitonta leipää saisi, mutta silti eivät sitä hankkineet. Omasta leipomosta ei kuulemma löytynyt, joten sanoivat, että tuo itse leipäsi. Minuutin kävelymatkan päässä oli lähikauppa, josta sai esimerkiksi riisikakkuja. Ei kovin hyvää palvelua... |
