-Cold rooms. -Old mattress and furniture. -Breakfast not worth, not many things to choose.
Good location. Clean and comfortable
Too cold inside the room.
The hotel is located in the red light district area, it's nice because it's touristy and if you're not interested in red light clubs there are normal clubs with good music and no strippers or dancers. It is right next to the underground, just a couple stops away from all the places we were interested in. Our room was clean and comfortable (my boyfriend found the bed was too soft but I liked it just fine). On our first day we asked for general information about the underground and the receptionist gave us a map and was nice enough to explain the city's attractions, which kind of ticket to buy and where to go, also telling us fun facts only a local could know about the places we were going to visit. I absolutely recommend it!
Proximity to Reeeperbahn, proximity to s bahn 'Reeperbahn' station. Cleanliness and price. All very good, would stay again.
Nothing really, very good for the price...as they say 'not the Ritz' but you are not paying Ritz prices!
Restaurant + Lobby are nice
the rooms are nutshells, the beds way too soft. too warm during the night. the bathroom is also pretty tiny. both, room and bathroom weren't clean. there was even some jelly-like stuff in one corner of the shower...
central location close to S-bahn, decent breakfast, walking distance from good restaurants towards Fischmarkt/ Landungsbrucke by the Elbe
overpriced, no wifi except by reception, toilet seat was broken and despite gracious assurances from staff that it would be fixed immediately it took 2 days of ski position, they supplied an iron but no iroining board - why not just buy one for €15 for the comfort of guests?, unfortunately lots of beggars nearby on Reeperbahn
The breakfast hours.
Bed is really bad. Noisy and the hotel looks old.
Very helpful manager. Possibility to garage car rather than on-street.
Road noise and some disruptive groups of people at 2-3 am. We would not have chosen to be on the edge of the Reeperbahn, but the city was full!
Great location for our night in Hamburg : we had tickets to one of the many musicals on in town and were able to use the subway, which is a few metres away from the hotel to get there. Really friendly staff who were more than helpful with local knowledge and info to get us where we wanted to go. Very clean, compact room; all we needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was basic but good, again with friendly staff on board. Surprisingly quiet, considering the location. We were there on a Thursday night, with a room facing the Holsten Strasse and NOT the Reeperbahn, so maybe it's noisier on the weekend? We were not disturbed by any late night racket!
Beds were VERY soft, definitely time to invest in new mattresses!!
easy check in Friendly staff Location for Underground and local area Breakfast included
Shower although hot had to remove to wash oneself hand . Room could have done with a fan as when there too warm at night even with window opened. Bar was no longer in use
Very accommodating, breakfast ist good!
More things was broken in the bathroom and there was very unclean much dust
Price was reasonable Staff we're helpful
Noise from the street. Room was hot and to open the windows was too much noise from the street. This Area of Hamburg is dirty with many homeless people, sex shops etc.
helpful staff, good breakfast, we could walk to the harbour area, quiet at night.
when we booked,we did not know that the Reeperbahn was Hamburg's red light district, but that was our stupidity, not the hotel's mistake!
breakfast was ok
The room was small but the bathroom was very very small. Also the furnitures and equipment were quite old. The internet was slow. it was not possible to search for interestig places to visit and I was logged off every 5 min. My room had a view on the street so it was noisy and in the afternoon hot. there is no air condition. The neightbourhood of the hotel was noisy, dirty and in my opinion dangerous at night.
Wi-Fi is barely usable, mattress is too soft.
Breakfast spread: cheese, cold-cuts, ample coffee, jam, juice. Location is near fish market and St. Pauli theatre. Underground station, Reeperbahn is less than 2 mins walk from hotel, extremely convenient. Staff is extremely friendly in providing information. Good and stable wifi access.
There are people wondering around the underground station, watch out for safety esp. coming back late.
Attentive staff. Good people
Room smelled like disinfectant.
everything is OK
Good breakfast, nice staff, average room, small bathroom, quiet
Parking was limited on street/sidewalk, close to red-light district
Close enough to reeperbahn but not noisey
The most important to me is the hospital , this hotel is so close to the hospital .
