The room wasn't clean, in particular the floor.

The restaurant is very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The service in the Restaurant took far too long.

The room was clean and tidy and everything worked well, the staff polite and very helpful and the view across the lake (shared by only half the rooms in the hotel) was beautiful in the snow. Wish I'd had time to walk around it, it would have been a welcome break in a business trip.

The room was a little lacking in information and furniture - just a bench to sit on at the very basic desk, only a little space by the bed too. Not enough to put me off going again though. What is enough to put me off is that the room was >30C when I arrived and didn't cool down. So there was little I could do except open the window, which I had to leave WIDE OPEN ALL NIGHT! I'd hate to pay the heating bill for the place, and the little card asking you to help them save the planet by not getting your towel replaced daily seemed almost laughable.

Great Facilites, Great View, Super price !

The hotel is just besides the tram station and the hotel staff gave us a day trip ticket for tram and bus so that we could get to the center of Ulm very easily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to a beautiful and quiet lake and grassland and the view is great. Very easy for parking.

Very convenient location for an event I was attending at Danube Hall. Free parking. Helpful and friendly staff. Located adjacent to a large park.

I had trouble using the wireless network, because my browser never got redirected to the page to enter my password.

We booked this hotel with the view of eating in the restaurant We never got the opportunity to use the restaurant during our four day stay it was fully booked with weddings etc,this was very disappointing..however at the end of our stay we were given a small discount for the inconvenience

The location in a large park at the shore of a small lake on the quiet edge of Ulm was super. Parking was free, abundant and nearby. The really distinguishing aspect of the hotel was the emphasis on good design, design and design--in the rooms, in the lobby, everywhere. And everything was kept spotlessly clean! The "wellness area" on the top-floor was a real pleasure and the glass-walled sauna looked out over the lake and the park. The staff was friendly helpful and courteous, and the breakfast buffet was sumptious.

We ate one evening in the hotel's restaurant and it was a little over the top. Too stylish, too much emphasis on design and not enough on eating. I found the menu confusing. The food was OK, but nothing special. The setting of the restaurant--on a deck overlooking the lake--was, however, excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff Rooms were clean and well thought out. Nice touches in the room with fresh fruit and bottled water.

No complaints, only a positive experience

Very good hotel on the costlier side of the scale. Lots of parking place for your own car. Conveniently located next to tram lines. A pettting zoo for children is 10 meters from the hotel. A huge and very beautiful park. Lovely view of the large lake. Comfotable beds. Clean, modern, elegant - rooms and overall. Free internet.

We thougt that breakfast was included but this is not the case. We were also not informed that breakfast was not included when we went for breakfast. No one even asked us for our room numbers on both days that we were there so it gave us no idea that it was not included.

The hotel is new and very well located in front of a small lake and green garden, the atmosphere is perfect, the rooms are modern, with a large window on the lake side, rooms are equipped with free WiFi signal which was perfect.

I would really appreciate if the staff to take more care about the room cleanness especially in the hot summer days, as the hotel is just located on the shore of lake and river, I found some insects upon my check in.

Near Munich, 30 Km from airport, very comfotable, quiet hotel in small town. Very good breakfast, free parking, 25 minutes from Munich centre.

Everything was super! Freindly staffs, so nice room (I requested room with view on the lake/am see, and they gave me even the hotel was fully booked!), value for money. I like LAGO hotel so much!

Früher gab es Tageskarten für ÖPNV als Ausgleich für die etwas dezentrale Lage, heute nicht mehr, das ist lächerlich !

Bei Frage 3 könnten mehrere Antworten gegeben werden. Eigentlich wohnten wir in diesem Hotel auf dem Land waren aber mit Tram oder auch zu Fuss schnell in der Stadt. Es ist sehr schön gelegen.

Hier kann ich keine Antwort geben, denn uns hat alles gefallen.
