Excellent traditional dinner menu and sensible but varied breakfast buffet. Perfectly maintained rooms. Quiet and quaint country surroundings. Decor, esp. eating area. Lack of a staff member with good english. Reluctance of most staff to engage verbally in other languages. |

The staff was so friendly. I felt like we had the best room in the hotel, and at such a great price. Excellent buffet breakfast and food at the restaurant. Definitely the best place we stayed on our trip, I would go back there for sure. Beds were very comfortable. The room was a little outdated, but they cleaned it every day. |

Friendly staff, good service, a great family hotel at affordable prices. The menu although mainly in German was very good, and offered local specialities.The breakfast buffet was also very good. We have six children and they all found what they like to eat for breakfast! |

Friendly people and very helpful. Wonderful clean room, and excellent dinner and breakfast. I will certainly make use of the hotel in future for my stopover traveling to Italy. A fairytale building and would highly recommend the hotel to all. Fantastic value for money. Beautiful bathroom, but floor a bit slippery when wet. A minibar would be handy. |

This was a perfect stop over en route to the UK from Italy. Room was very spacious for our family of two adults, a child and infant. The room was spotless and shower was excellent. The breakfast was the best we have sampled in Germany with a fantastic variety of meats and cheese. It's a family run hotel and the owners are on hand and very welcoming. Food is in the restaurant was good and there was a good selection of local drinks. Location is in a picturesque village and we had a very enjoyable stroll in the Black Forest Countryside. |

It was very clean, easy to get to from the motorway, staff were so very friendly, the room was very spacious, the checking in and checking out was superbly fast, breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Loved everything about it. |
