Gute Lage, direkt an der S-Bahn. Netter italienischer Stil. Sauna im Obergeschoß. Empfangsdame war sehr schweigsam. Keinerlei einführender Infos außer der Wegbeschreibung zum Zimmer. Zusätzliche Gebühr für Sauna (8,-) und Bademantel (1,50).

Gute und ruhige Lage, sauberes Zimmer. Extra Kosten für den Sauna Bereich von 8€ halte ich für unangemessen, im Saunaaufenthaltsraum wurde geraucht !!! und nur eine Sauna war beheitzt, diese auch nur mit 80C, Dampfbad war aus...Frühstück nur mit Beutel Tee und Thermoskanne sowie Aufschnittkäse...

Pozicija hotela. Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje u restoranu i na šalteru. Hrana je odlična, jedino je za doručak mogao bi biti malo veći izbor hrane. Nema mogućnost da se naruče jaja na oko ili pržena. nije mi se svidjelo što bežični internet se naplaćuje tako da kada kupiš 2h nema mogućnosti da zaustaviš vrijeme nego ono teče bez obzira na korištenje. Isto tako, kupiš 2h ili 24h internet a na drugom spratu je toliko slaba konekcija da se često prekida veza i onda gubiš petplatu kao da si je iskoristio.

Die Damen am Empfang sind unfreundlich / nicht verbindlich. Kein Hinweis auf "wann gibt es Frühstück", keine Frage "wie hat es Ihnen bei uns gefallen". Auffallend junge Frauen mit wenig hotelentsprechendem Benehmen. Frühstück war etwas lustlos aufgebaut, es waren nur Tische in direkter Nähe zum Buffett eingedeckt. Der Rest (mit Blick in den hauseigenen Garten mit Teich) war für das Mittagessen eingedeckt. Da in diesem Hotel - auch aufgrund der Lage - unter der Woche sicherlich nicht mit einem vollen Mittagsrestaurant zu rechnen ist (wird wahrscheinlich eher gar nicht besucht), wirkt das wenig einladend. Erst auf Bitte - dann wurde es aber auch sofort umgesetzt - wurde der nicht mehr vorhandene Käse nachgeordert. Der Lachs war schon nicht mehr frisch, die bereitgestellte Wasserflasche wirkte klebrig. Obwohl ich während des Frühstückes gearbeitet habe und sichtbar noch Kaffee trank, zwei Mal Versuch, den Tisch abzuräumen. Man wollte wegen weniger Gäste "fertig werden". Während des Frühstückes lautes Möbelräumen, lautes Reden untereinander. Ich fand die ganze Atmosphäre wenig ansprechend und freundlich. So war auch das Zimmer. Die Heizung war nicht eingeschaltet, das Zimmer damit kalt. Der Raum hatte wenig Wohlfühlcharme. Alles in allem "lustlos". Ich werde hier sicherlich nicht noch einmal übernachten. Schade, da meine Freunde in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel wohnen und ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Duisburg nun ausweichen werde. Es war ein Versuch, einen beruflichen Aufenthalt mit einem privaten Versuch zu verbinden.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Empfang sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Terrasse mit Unkraut in den Fugen,die Fenster im Essbereich sind schmutzig. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. In Folie eingepacktes Brot, das Schild für Eiergerichte sehr versteckt. Wurst und Käse sehr billig, das Angebot sehr karg. Das Personal war auch nicht sehr bemüht. Schade, man könnte mehr daraus machen.
