Ich war nun schon zwei mal da. Als Paar und jetzt allein. Man wird sehr herzlich empfangen u man kann sich jeder Zeit an die ^Hausherren^ wenden. Familiäres Klima. Man ist schnell am See u Ortsmitte. Jeder Zeit wieder! Wer es gemütlich mag, ist dort genau richtig!

Freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang. Unkomplizierter Chek-IN. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, es wird nachgelegt !! Zimmer Großzügig. Bad/Dusche/WC zweckmäßig, könnte etwas größer sein. Ruhige und schöne Lage. Ins Zentrum ein kurzweiliger Spazierweg entlang der Breitenbach.

Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich freundlich mit meinem Namen begrüßt, ohne dass ich mich vorstellen musste. Nachdem ich den (übersichtlichen) Vertrag unterschrieben hatte wurde mir mein Zimmer gezeigt und der Schlüssel übergeben. Das Zimmer wird im Landhaus Schwaben nicht ohne ausdrücklichen Wunsch des Gastes betreten (es gibt ein Aushängeschild, welches der Gast bei Bedarf an die Türklinke hängen kann). Das frühstücksbuffet war neben den Typischen Dingen, wie Marmelade, Nutella, Orangensaft, Cornflakes... unter Anderem auch mit frischen Erdbeeren und Wurst ausgestattet. Tee und Kaffee gab es auch zu belieben. Fazit: Für Menschen, die nicht zu Luxusbedürftig sind und zu einem fairen Preis ein ordentliches Sauberes Hotelzimmer suchen kann ich das Landhaus Schwaben nur empfehlen.

Die Pächter super freundlich , der Servcice genial !! Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig ! Die Wasserspülungen sind deutlich aus anderen Zimmerne zu hören und das ist gerade Nachts nicht immer sehr angenehm !

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, sauber, ordentlich mit Charme der 50er und 60er Jahre. Die Fenster in meinem Zimmer waren recht klein. Zum Duschen gab es nur eine Wanne mit Duschvorhang.

V prvom rade príjemný personál,útulné rodinné prostredie....,umiestnenie je úžasné,blízko ubytovania je hned možnosť turistiky a dravý potok ktorý preteká okolo Landhaus je niečo úžasné na dušu...vrelo odporúčam.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zumindest von der Zimmerausstattung her erinnert es mehr an die 70er Jahre. Einfach und alte Einrichtung. Die angepriesene Sauna ist nicht nutzbar bzw. Wurde uns empfohlen diese nicht zu benutzen. Für ein 3 Sterne-Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.

l'accueil très chaleureux et très souriant. la situation dans un lotissement calme. le prix très abordable. le parking gratuit. insorisation entre chambres. le lit qui grince. la nuit fut tout de même calme.
