Olaf Mature couple Essen, Germany April 13, 2012	Die gute Lage, Zentral aber ruhig. Die Unruhe und Lautstärke anderer Gäste innerhalb des Hotels während der Ruhezeiten. Beim Auschecken am Abreisetag wurden wir nicht auf unsere Zufriedenheit zu unserem Aufenthalt gefragt. Es wurde nicht die Kreditkarte American Express akzeptiert, obwohl über diese gebucht wurde. Unverständlich ist, warum in der Preisklasse die Bauleistungen (besonders Fliesen, Sanität und Elektrik) sooo unfachmännisch, ja diletantisch umgesetzt und/oder nicht kontrolliert wurden (Risse in Fliesen, ungleichmäßige Verlegung, Silikonfugen usw.
