Quiet,nice people, easy, nice atmosphere, good breakfast, clean, tidy I called later, because I have lost my keys, and the woman in the reception was not so helpful and interested. It ended up ok in the end. But that was a disappointment compared to the other excellent service. |

Nice location, atmospehere, rooms are cosy, stylish and familyroom was very roomy! No staff in the morning(only one person try to handle breakfast, reception and airport shuttle), Breakfast-buffet completely empty because of that!!! |

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room was both spacious and clean. The food was of a high quality. The hotel shuttle service to Hahn Airport was extremely helpful. |

It was close to the airport, had shuttle service, clean and comfortable, was in a quiet village and had panoramic views. It had no restuarant facilities,in house, whilst we were there, and so we had to go to an Hotel 100meters away, part of the same group, we were completely alone in the Hotel for the last night , no staff or other residents, no problem but a little bizarre. |

The staff was very helpful and spoke wonderful English. The hotel is very modern, light and clean! Wonderful shuttle service even at 04:30. Reasonable and tasty breakfast. |

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable, exellent for relaxing between the flights from the Hahn airport, 5 min far by free bus, tasty breakfast. Doesnt offer so much to eat in the night. |

Good level hotel, everything was alright, nice breakfast... Contrary to some reviews the shuttle bus arrived quickly few minutes after we'd contacted the reception. |

Close to airport, timeously transfers went without a hitch, clean and comfortable, breakfast included in price and was tasty too, would be lovely in summer with BBQ area/ beer garden at the back. Just the right hotel for the purpose of staying over before my flight. |

It was close to the area we wanted to see. There was four of us in this group and we stationed at Hahn 45 years ago and wanted to see what it looked like now. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. |

The staff was frendly, brakfast was good. the room was very very small about(5m2) and very small bashroom,Kitchen is not working in the evning, so you need to go out and search fot kafe. It was wery bad weather, so it was dificult for us to go out with a small baby. |

Very close to Frankfurt Hann airport with a shuttle service and long-term parking. Also, the staff speak some english. |

Convenience to airport and village. Good price and very adequate. Excellent bathroom and tv. Would certainly recommend and use again. Nice location on edge of village. Good breakfast. One double room was only given one quilt but was readily put right, when reported. Reception desk was a little small, but was friendly so only a comment not a complaint. I would have preferred a better wardrobe if staying for longer, but fine for what we needed for airport stopover. |

The staff were terrific. The rooms immacutely clean. The only problem was that we did not know there were two Frankfurt Airports--one in Frankfurt Haun and one Frankfurt Main. We had not intended to stay in Frankfurt Haun which is a 2 hour trip to the Frankfurt Main Hotel. But other than that everthing was really perfect! |

Helpfull and friendly staff, nice place to relax after or before flights. Good area to walk and unwind in small viallage. Fresh new hotel with good size out side area to relax No bath (only shower in room) or English tea for breakfast !!!! |

The free pick up from the airport was really good they also dropped us back off so we could sample a bit of the local oktoberfest , breakfast was also good |
