I arrived and they had over booked my room. Took me else where and failed to collect me in the morning for breakfast. I had to phone them. |

The Landhotel was closed for refurbishment so we were moved to MyPlace - a brand new hotel just up the road. Because it was a new hotel, the staff had problems with the computer system when we were checking out so it took about half an hour just to pay the bill. |

we arrived very late 1am, this was not a problemat all, the staff were still on reception to check us in, and would of picked us up at the airport if we had wanted, the hotel was very modern, and of a high standard,we would stay there again, and would recommend this hotel, also v good breakfast. |

Arrived at Frankfurt Hahn Airport at 11.00pm, rang hotel and car was there to pick us up in 6 minutes. Very helpful, friendly staff. Immaculate room everything very new and in excellent condition. After a good continental breakfast dropped us back at the airport to collect a hire car. My only comment is that Frankfurt Hahn Airport is nowhere near Frankfurt. |

The location was very good (peacefull, lovely country-side scenery from the window). The nearesness of the airport did not bother much. The transport service from and to the airport was excellent! |

It's close to the airport. You can arrive at anytime. There's a free shuttle. The breakfast was great! The room smelled like smoke and the hotel was noisy. |

Close to the airport and the airport shuttle service. The room is comfortable and good size for an overnight stay. The staff is very friendly. We arrived in a rainy day so the outdoor BBQ was not available. The restaurant food is not that impressive but pricy. You don't really have many choices around since it is close to the airport. We don't see any restaurants around this small area either. Wish we had the chance to try their famous BBQ ribs recommended by others. |

They have open the new htel since few days and it´s excellent. We are the very first guest of the new hotel and we are charming with it. The family who managed it were fantastic. Very good breakfast, very clean, all new and very pretty and modern. They pick up at airport when we phoned them and they take us to the airport when we want, all free. Perfect. Everything is perfect. |

food was lovely though service was a bit slow helpfull when needed to change room,very handy for Hann airport,shuttle at request but could walk if wanted rooms a bit basic but ok for stopover for airport |
