Landhotel Airport-Inn    

Close to airport. Attitude of staff at hotel's conference location where we had breakfast.Also driver of van taking us back to airport was very courteous and helpful.

No phone in room; no elevator to second floor: no office staff at location at night. We had no cellphone and would have had problems getting help in case of emergency. Next morning found instructions to call hotel's conference location.posted OUTSIDE front door. Not advised of this when we checked in(.I am 83 and my wife is 76.)

Shuttle and closeness to Hahn Airport

The old shabby metal bed (the matress was ok), the stained old carpet, the TV mounted in a position where you could not see it from the bed, no reception, bar or any facility for getting even a bottle of water. This used to be a hotel, but is now used by another hotel to put up the 'bargain' (at €42??) customers .....

The stains on the room's carpet have spoiled everything one would consider to be somewhat positive saying !

the staff were very helpful and friendly,the location to the airport is useful,and the free collection from the airport was very convenient.

the area is quite isolated with not a lot of things to do at night,and the major cities are an hour away on the buses which cease around 19:00 in the evening.

Everything perfect as usual, it is not my first time. Good for stay when you come or must pick a plane in Frankfurt Hahn airport.

It was very close to the airport and with the free shuttle service it made things very easy. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, well worth the money.

It's a family run hotel. We stayed because our Ryainair flight the next morning was so early. the Hotel is so close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle to the terminal. Also they have longterm parking that is cheaper than what the airport offers. If we fly out of Frankfurt Hahn again, we will surly stay a Landhotel and use there services.

The hotel is sister to MyPlace, just around the corner. MyPlace is a slightly larger hotel with the most amazing quality of food at very reasonable prices. The owners and staff are very friendly and could not be more helpful. They were happy to shuttle me to the shops and into another village to post business material from a show back home to the uk. Is a perfect stopping off point for a first night if visiting an event in Frankfurt am Main and the shuttle bus is only 14 Euros one way. Rooms at Landhotel are clean and very quiet, even with windows open as the airport is slightly higher than the hotel and noise seems to be almost totally deflected away. The hotel is actually only a 20 minute walk from the airport but they run shuttles 25 hours.

Slow and patchy internet but optic fibre is coming to the village ina few months.

Fantastic family owned hotel and the staff could not be more friendly. Gourmet food at budget prices a few metres away in their sister hotel. Regular shuttle trips on request 24 hours to and from airport but is in easy walking distance so never panic about being stranded. From landing to comfortable bed can be just twenty minutes.

Patchy on and off internet but high-speed service arrives to village very soon.

It is useful when you need a place for one night before/after flying from/to Frankfurt-Hahn. The breakfast is really good.

Efficient, pick up shuttle service , free Wi -Fi, ok for spending one night waiting for connecting flight.

Bunk beds

Location and price was all , very basic and would not stay again despite the good price , sister hotel around the corner was a nice hotel

The accommodation was not great

Breakfast was not included in price and was expensive for what they did provide. Beds were terrible. Pillow was awful. Room and bathroom were small. They are taking advantage of there location to get away with sub par accomodation.

It was the worst hotel my husband and I have stayed in. It should not be called a hotel We booked it as we arrived late into the airport nearby. The reception is not manned there is no lift. The hall is shabby and we were handed our key.and the receptionist disappeared.Our double bedroom had only bunk bed, towels were worn with holes. We were not informed about the bunk beds. I saw other rooms and they had bunk beds. This is a Hostel and not a hotel and people should be warned about it.It charges hotel charges.Your web site should warn your customers and classified it as a hostel

You needed to phone the hotel to ask to be picked up from the airport.

We stayed there the night before we flew to Italy. It was a huge room. The desk was small, but adequate. It had plenty of windows! A good value! They dropped us off at airport and picked us up. Wonderful!

The price

I was told via the internet and on the phone that someone would be at reception when my late plane arrived (midnight). Not only was there no one at the hotel, the front door was locked with a sign that told me to walk ~ 5 blocks to their sister hotel where I could check in. I had two suitcases, it was 12:30 am and it had just started to rain. I got to the sister hotel and the night manager was in a huff about the fact that he had to check me in. He did at least drive me back with my luggage. There is no a/c and keeping the windows open allowed a plethora of bugs to enter. There was also a confusion about if I could eat breakfast or not. I told the night manager that I would (and I would have to go to the sister hotel to get breakfast because not enough people in this hotel had requested it). When I checked out in the morning, the very nice morning person had no clue. She did offer to get me a roll but by that point, I didn't care.
