Prachtig hotel en geweldig ontbijt Ik kon op krstavond alleen aan het dure bufet deelnemen. Dit was mij van te voren niet verteld. Terwijl er op de site staat dat er drie verschillende restaurants zijn. De restaurants in Mettman zouden open zijn wat helaas niet het geval bleek te zijn

Das es am Stadtrand von Düsseldorf lag, unmttelbar an der Autobahn, so war es gegeben das man schnell in der City von Düsseldorf war. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und gediegen, die Mitarbeiter am Empfang, Service und Zimmer waren sehr freundlich und das Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt. Küche hervorragend und tolle Weine vorhanden. Fazit ich komme wieder.!!!!!!!

Das Hotel ist schön angelegt. Das Hotelpersonal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbufett war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer das sich über dem Eingang befand. Da es zu der Zeit sehr heiß war und wir mit geöffnetem Fenster schliefen konnten wir alles hören was unten gesprochen wurde.

Alles beviel prima maar de bedden mogen ze echt vervangen dat was een ramp. De bedden zijn aan vervanging toe. Kamers te benauwd en geen lakens maar alleen dikke denken, dat met 28 graden is niet echt lekker.

Красивое место, природа, озеро,уютный отель, чисто и комфортно, хороший завтрак, удобная парковка, отличная сауна, дружелюбно, настоящий Best Western Находится загородом, 20 мин до центра на машине. На такси туда и обратно 70 евро. Без машины накладно.

1 дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал 2 отель расположен фактически за городом - нет шума, недалеко (8 - 10 мин пешком) озеро вокруг озера пешеходные дорожки.. любителям загородных прогулок наверняка понравиться. 3 достаточно комфортный номер (жили в трехместном номере), хороший завтрак, чай на первом этаже в холле в любое время. 4 нет проблем с парковкой 5 и еще нюанс - при посещении сауны в кармане банного халата была оставлена и забыта цепочка. на след день написали письмо по электронке, затем созвонились. цепочку нашли и нам дважды отписались. внимание персонала на нашу забывчивость приятно поразило. 1 отель расположен весьма далеко от цента города. без машины добраться непросто. по времени уйдет больше часа. несколько пересадок. или прямой автобус от центр жел вокзала (порядка 25 остановок) 2 наше проживание пришлось на время международной выставки, возможно по этому а) дважды заблокировали средства на карточке, а затем в третий раз списали средства в качестве оплаты. первую заблокированную сумму вернули достаточно быстро, вторую в течение трех - четерех недель. но в момент оплаты у нас списали стоимость проживания и две суммы стоимости были "заблокированы" на карточке. девушка на рецепшене подтвердила данную ситуацию(двойную блокировку суммы за проживание и дополнительное списание в качестве оплаты, но не из суммы заблокированных) и уверила, что заблокированные средства нам вернут. с подобной ситуацией столкнулись в первый раз. б) в остальном все хорошо.

Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle ausgesprochen freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad war sehr klein, zu wenig Ablagefläche für Wasch/Kosmetikartikel, die Dusche an schwer zugänglichen Stellen etwas verschimmelt.
