On the edge of the Black Forest and a 10-minute drive from Switzerland, this traditional country hotel offers regional cuisine and rental bikes. It lies in the village of Epfenhofen.

Very nice views from the hotel rooms on the 2nd floor with a sun loggia. Very good breakfast with a various german saucages, Black Forrest ham, boiled eggs and a good traditional restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Black out blinds would help to sleep a bit longer. Personally I am not a big fan of heavy feather duvets and would prefer lighter blankets and pillows. Tea cooking facilies and new showerheads also would help to increase comfort and of course automatic lights in the corridors. Once the lift door closes you might struggle to find your way. But these are minor drawbacks. Over all a good accommodation and worth a recommandation! Did you find this review helpful?	8.3

Wir waren nur eine Nacht und dafür war es perfekt. Man kann auch im Hotel essen, was sehr praktisch ist, und das Essen war gut! Betten zu weich. Ansonsten alles gut. Ma sopratutto lo staff è super!!!! Landhotel Lowen is built in a style very characteristic and situated in a quiet area. Rooms large and clean. But above all, the staff is super!!
