Selbst die Hilfe bei einer Autopanne (angefrorene Handbremse bei -18 Grad) konnte durch die zur Verfügungstellung einer Garage zum Auftauen war kein Problem. Zu wenig Liegen im Erholungsraum des Wellnessbereiches. Bei mehr als 6 Gästen reicht die Anzahl nicht aus. 1 Plasteliege war defekt. Diese sollte repariert oder ersetzt werden. Selbst in stressigen Situationen wirkten alle immer gelassen und souverän. Super! Leider war für mich als Nichtraucher bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass das Hotel noch Raucherzimmer hat.
