Schweiger's Landgasthof  

I came to the hotel during a one night business stopover in Munich. It was a last minute booking and a very short notice request for airport pickup. I received a reply very promptly however and the pickup was on- time in-spite of 2 consecutive airline delays prompting me to alert the hotel to the changes. The drive was long but the venue was most unexpectedly charming and countryside peaceful. The restaurant boasted the most surprising menu, the food was somptuous and generous. They more then lived up to the expectation set on the booking site.

I did not know however that I had to pay for transportation. That was not clearly indicated and it changed my "rate". My initial rate definitely included breakfast, in the new rate, I was charged breakfast and transportation. Unsettling at the end of my stay, I must admit.

In close proximity to the airport, shuttle service was very reliable and affordable, staff at reception are very friendly and welcoming, my room was very spacious, clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable. There is some beautiful countryside nearby which is worth exploring. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Thank You!

Beautiful authentic German hotel in the countryside just a short ride from the Munich airport. Excellent restaurant on site. Very clean room and bath. Staff was very accommodating.

Staff was very accommodating, food service was excellent, facility was only 15 - 20 minutes from the Munich Airport. The Biergarten was a quiet, relaxing environment to enjoy a Bier or coffee.

Room was small compared with American standards, but very comfortable under European standards. We missed the notice at the desk concerning checking out the night before if leaving before 8 A.M., however, I left a message and called the hotel when I got back home. My call was immediately returned and the bill settled. Actually, there isn't anything of consequence not to like about Schweiger's Landgasthaus.

My room was very cold at arrival.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bavarian hospitality at its finest. Shuttle was prompt, and accomodated our change in airport pickup schedule without complaint. Breakfast was wholesome and very tasty. Wish we could have tried the cuisine - looked great. Countryside must be wondeful in the summer. We will recommend glowingly to family and friends. Great value.

Wireless internet didn't reach our room - had to go into the hall. Some Americans will find the heating a bit inadequate. We thought it was fine.

המלון נבחר כמקום לינה לפני הטיסה חזרה הביתה בגלל המיקום ושרותי השטל שלו והתברר שהבחירה היתה מוצלחת הן מהבחינות הנ"ל והן מבחינת ארוחת הבוקר שהיתה מוצלחת והחדר שהיה נוח ביתר.

השרות במסעדה בעקר בערב היה איטי

Vriendelijk personeel dat zijn uiterste best deed om Engels te spreken.Verzorgde kamers.

Veel lawaai van gasten die 's nachts toekomen of vertrekken (wekkers, valiezen met wieltjes op de kasseien,...) Dit was echt storend, maar kan het personeel natuurlijk weinig aan doen.
