This hotel is fantastic. The staff was excellent and made you feel like you were staying in a friend's home. We had children and they upgraded our room at no cost so we'd have space and be more comfortable. They initially walked us to our room to ensure it was ok. Everyone had reserved tables at the buffet breakfast so you didn't have to fight to find space. The location is great too. Just 7 minutes from St Goar and set among the hills, there are plenty of walking trails. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay here again.

Only used as a stopover,but would return for a longer break to use more of spa facilities.room had a great balcony,although a little cramped with small bathroom.however perfectly adequate and very clean.staff very freindly and efficient.food was wonderful with great breakfast.very good. Town is a little quiet with not much going on.

Schöne Lage , Service ist noch verbesserbar, Als Wellness-Hotel beworbenes Hotel ist der Wellnessbereich nur von 14.00 - 20.00 Uhr zu nutzen. Dies ist besonders in der kalten Jahreszeit kein Wellnessangebot. In der Bar keine Cocktail`s. Von daher Preis - Leistung nicht sonderlich.

L'accueil est sans reproche ainsi que l'ensemble du personnel qui est réellement très professionnel. La décoration est très originale et faite avec goût. La propreté est irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très varié. Le menu pour le restaurant est sans reproche également, le rapport qualité prix est résonnable. Petites attentions diverses afin de satisfaire le client, comme un petit cadeau lorsque vous avez votre anniversaire durant votre séjour etc. Vraiment satisfait sur tous les points. Cet hotel est un exemple du savoir-faire hotelier allemand.Bravo ! Lucien Lemaire

Sehr schönes, sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Haus mit vielen Details. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, sehr nette Gastgeber. Sehr leckeres Essen, tolles Frühstücksbüffet mit bewusstem Verzicht auf Plastikmüll, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat! Tolle, fast familiäre Atmosphäre im Haus. Schöne gepflegte Außenanlage. Leicht zu erreichen, schöne Umgebung, direkt am Wald gelegen. Eigentlich gibt es nichts Negatives zu berichten. Wir hätten uns nur einen Cocktail am Abend in der Hotelbar gewünscht, vielleicht ist das ja eine Anregung.

Das kleine Zimmer war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.Das kleine Bad mit Handwaschbecken dem Stil des Zimmers angepaßt. Zimmer und Bad zu klein (dem Preis nicht angepaßt)

Das Frühstück war sehr einladend mit einer großen Auswahl. Auch am Sonntag gab es frische Brötchen. Die Komfort-Zimmer mit 20 m2 sind doch enger als man denkt.

Wir haben das Hotel zu unserem Bugabesuch in Koblenz gebucht. Die Lage und Anbindung zur Buga ist hervorragend. Das gesamte Ambiente des Hotels entsprach der Hotelbeschreibung. Die Zimmereinrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, obwohl das Badezimmer etwas klein geraten ist. Positiv war die Ruhe im und außerhalb des Hotels. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hervorragend ist auch die Küche, die für jeden Geschmack das entsprechende bietet. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Bad-Salzig.

Prachtig zoals het oude interieur is opgepimpt met prachtige muurschilderingen en bijpassende snuisterijen zonder dat het kitsch is geworden. Echt design! Daarnaast heel mooi om hun visie te lezen over het gebruik van plaatselijke producten. Jammer genoeg zijn de kamers nog kleiner als je verwacht en ongelukkig ingedeeld waardoor niet het totale vloeroppervlak kan worden gebruikt. Het gaat ook niet anders omdat je te maken hebt met de oude indeling waar alsnog ook nog badkamers ingepast zijn moeten worden.

Een heel goed hotel, wel jammer dat het ver van het echte Boppard af was. Wij dachten zo het dorp in te lopen en naar de Rijn. Helaas was er in dit dorpje niets te beleven. Het eten was erg goed en het personeel erg vriendelijk. Zie hierboven. Kamers zijn gehorig.

Slaapkamers ingericht met een thema: wij hadden Venetie. Roomservice-kaart vermeld geen tijden, en zondagavond om 21.00 blijkt te laat te zijn voor roomservice.

En pitänyt hotellista, huonekuvaus netissä oli täysin harhaanjohtava. Huone on huomattavasti pienempi kuin kuvaus antoi aihetta odottaa, sängyn sivuille jäi tilaa vain 30 cm. Lisäksi äänieristys viereeseen huoneeseen oli ala-arvoinen, koska huoneet yhdisti väliovi ja italialaiset pitivät ääntä myöhään yöhön.

Die Zimmer in diesem Hotel sind sehr schön. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Frühstück war super. Leider gibt es in dem Wellnessbereis keinen Pool und der Whirlpool kostet nocheinmal extra.
