Location of the hotel was great for walking around Munich. Staff were friendly too.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and with the windows open, the noise from the street was very loud, often late at night. We did not want to close the window because i was hot while we were there.

On check in the form had someone else's address so maybe I was confused with another person of the same name? Did not want to leave....

The staff at the reception was completely Uncooperative . Despite repeatedly telling them that my Internet was not working they were just not interested in helping in anyway and were completely unconcerned at euro190 it does not take much to be polite. The services are poor!

Young multicultural staff, room was fine and spacious. You can open a window in your room.

The general management is obviously too old and can not manage the place perfectly. The staff is correctly polite but this is where it stops. Fake hospitality. The front desk charged my credit card twice. Denied the mistake until presented with the prove from my bank. It took them three days to understand that the mistake is on their side. No formal and sincere apology. They offered me a free lunch... Swimming pool that they advertised as the largest in Munich (it was my consideration for choosing this hotel) is shallow 1.3 m and not clean...

Overall, the staff was very friendly and the services were excellent. Very clean and nice rooms to stay at.

The young receptionist on duty upon my arrival . He was very friendly, efficient and professional.

very helpful staff, especially the concierge who gave us excellent information about things to do and also tried his best to get us tickets for some events.

The room was large enough and clean. Excellent location.

Christmas Even dinner was overpriced. I would not repeat it. The swimming pool wasn't working.

There is a balcony (very small, size of one man standing) in the room to let in some fresh air, and as it is winter, we keep our refreshments outdoor on the balcony to cool.

We expected to pay the remaining cost in cash, but only find out at check in that full cost was charged on the credit card used for booking. As it is a big amount, we preferred to be asked before charged.

Cost is a bit high, car parking fee is high too, toilets need to be more equipped for Arabs specially for self washing.
