La vicinanza al centro (5 minuti massimo a piedi), e la presenza costante sotto di taxi a tutte le ore senza dunque bisogno di chiamarli. Le coperte non nuovissime e troppo pesanti |

la precisione e il giusto distacco del personale. ho visto rispetto all'ultima volta in cui c'ero stata un po' di "abbandono" (es. mattonella rotta nel bagno, porta con segni di sfondamento, piede del letto inclinato . Eravamo alloggiati in 4 stanze e naturalmente parlo di tutte e 4). Per essere un hotel a 5 stelle questo non dovrebbe mai accadere. |

Its location close to main station and tram, U-bahn station. Poor quality of hotel staff. For example, we had to wake up at 9:00 due to the door bell by a hotel staff who wanted to clean the room, it was very dissapointing. |
