駅の目の前だということは非常に便利。スタッフもプロ意識がすばらしく、流石だと感心した。 街に出るのに多少不便。駅の周辺は街中ほど整備されておらず、夜遅くにホテルへ帰るとき人とすれ違うたび緊- 張した。スタッフは、チーフ格の人とそうでない人との意識の差が明らかで、応対の仕方がずいぶん違い、がっ- かりしたこともあった。 |

駅前で便利。 同行者の予約名が、BOOKING.COMの控えと異なっていた。朝食で、案内にあった和食が見つからなかった。 |

中央駅からすぐで好立地でよかった。浴室がバスタブとシャワーブースの両方があってとても便利だった。ただ- 、バスローブと室内履きが1組づつしかなかったことが残念だった。 |

同行者の部屋に、気づきやすい所なのに黒い棚の上にホコリが残っており、掃除の緩慢さがあった。 短時間で軽くご飯を済ますのに、カフェが無いのは不便でした。レストランしかないのは不便です。 |

広くて良い部屋でした。価格もそれなりなので。掃除は行き届いていました。 広場まで２駅はあり、市内観光には少し不便。朝食代が、内容のわりには高い。チェックアウトの日は、朝から- 掃除の人に何度もドアベルを鳴らされて驚いた。シャワーキャップはない。 |

施設は１級。部屋は広く静かで、文句なしだった。 チェックイン後分かったことだが、禁煙ルームのはずが、煙草の臭いが部屋に沁み込んでいた。また、ミニバー- の後片付けが出来ていなかった。ホテルの大きさに比して、サービスの人手不足を感じる。 |

ミュンヘン中央駅から大変近く、移動にとても便利でした。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、部屋も広々して- いて清潔でした。朝食に日本食があったのも嬉しかったです。快適に過ごせました。 この旅行で、このホテルを二回利用させて貰いましたが、二回とも二人で宿泊したにも係わらず、ルームシュー- ズの用意が一人分しかありませんでした。 |

中央駅の目の前であり、ロケーションは良い。外装は特徴に欠けるが、内部のデザインや雰囲気は良い。部屋は- 落ち着ける。サービススタッフの対応がとても早い。 あえてあげるのであれば、全体的にホテルスタッフがやっつけ仕事をしている雰囲気を感じた。が、嫌な思いは- 無し。 |

The room was updated but very small. Not sure why a hotel would go thru the expense of updating rooms without a vent in the bathroom. The room was extremely small for a 5 star hotel. It is far from 5 star. The Sofitel across the street out this property to shame and at a lower price. Poor service in the bar/lounge area. The requested King Size bed was not provided but a queen bed . I booked 2 rooms and the other was a King bed. no fan as requested yet they called 3 times to say they had one, then not, then the fan they located was broken...5 star? hardly |

The room was updated an clean but very small for a 5 star hotel especially at the price. The facilities are way below any 5 star hotel I have stayed. The restaurants were poorly staffed and the quality of food versus the perceived value was low. The Sofitel across the street put thisplace to shame and at a lower price! |

efficient and comfortable business hotel. good shower and good room size for Europe. Good location for rail transfers. I was on a short vacation in between work assignments. there did not seem to be enough "leisure based" services or help from the concierge on leisure recommendations. |

Not a great deal. A very ordinairy hotel and certinaly not 5 star - 3 star max. It is a business hotel and this should be very clearly stated when booking. The location is is ideal for business people coming into Munich by train but otherwise not great. |

Close to the train station and Oktoberfest. Lots of great local outdoor eating places. Ellen at the front desk did her best to correct the things that were wrong. Thank you Ellen. It certainly was not a 5 star hotel. One bottle of water for two guests. Our drinking glasses were hand washed in our bathroom sink. |

Good friendly staff nice comfortable room close to the station and shopping area. All your needs taken care of. I didnt like the way they fill the fridge up with there own alcohol & snacks. that are very expensive. The internet should be free considering the cost of accomodation. |

The location of the hotel is very convenient . The bathroom was extremely clean with nice shampoos and shower gel . The foyer of the hotel and carpets were not as clean as expected of a 5 * hotel in Germany . |
