中央駅の目の前であり、ロケーションは良い。外装は特徴に欠けるが、内部のデザインや雰囲気は良い。部屋は落ち着ける。サービススタッフの対応がとても早い。 あえてあげるのであれば、全体的にホテルスタッフがやっつけ仕事をしている雰囲気を感じた。が、嫌な思いは無し。 |

中央駅の横で非常に便利、モダンな作りになってます。 インターネット接続料が高いです。朝食の２７ユーロも高いと思います。 |

ミュンヘン中央駅の目の前にあるのでとても交通の便がよく、３歳の子供連れにとってはとてもありがたかった（僕が仕事で出ている間も、妻が子供を連れてあちこち市内観光していたらしい）。予約の際に「静かな部屋」をリクエストしていたためか、車通りの少ない道路に面した最上階を割り当ててくれたのもありがたかった。おかげで、駅前にも関わらず、外の騒音をほとんど気にすることなく滞在できた。 ほとんどのスタッフは親切に対応してくれたのだが、ドアマン（？）の一人にチップを１ユーロあげたら、「２ユーロだ」と逆に請求された。彼の対応に（だけ）はがっかりさせられた。 |

It was the second time for me to stay in this hotel, because this hotel is very comfotable not only in a room but also in a lobby to give us relaxed atmosphere. Only the one I wasn't satisfied with is the service in a restarant during breakfast. Table cloth was very dirty, but we had to ask to change it.(She was not willing to change it.) |

it was centrally located and as I was there for a business event that I was organising , it was excellent to get the people in on time!cCloseness to the train station was good as people came in from Berlin, Duesseldorf for the event in the evening! |
