grote en zuivere kamer de telefoon deed het niet. De TV was kapot. de doche kop maakte herrie. De telefoon ging elke 1uur 1x over erg inritant. wel gemeld maar men ondernam geen aktie |

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij het in-/uitchecken en koffers naar de kamer brengen. Goede fitness en zwemvoorziening. Mooie en gezellige kamer. Prijsniveau van ontbijt en dranken lag erg hoog. Goede alternatieven gevonden in de omgeving. |

Loopafstand naar zowel de voetgangerszone van Munchen als de grote bekende musea. Ligging direct tegenover het hoofdstation van de DB is erg prettig mbt verbinding van en naar luchthaven en aansluitingen S en U bahnen. |

De afstand naar het centrum toe. Het hotel ligt ideaal. Mocht het slecht weer dan ligt het centraal station tegenover het hotel. |

bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel, lekkere ruime kamer, fantastisch zwembad en sportfociliteiten. Alle openbaar vervoer aansluitingen voor de deur. Alle kleine klachten die we hadden werden binnen een kwartier opgelost. Idioot duur ontbijt, maar overal in de buurt goede alternatieven, dus dat ervoeren we niet als klacht. |

De ongedwopngenheid In de beschrijving stond dat er een rokers bar was met cubaanse sigaren.Deze was er NIET.Ook de gereserveerde rokerskamer was niet voorhanden. |

The room was updated but very small. Not sure why a hotel would go thru the expense of updating rooms without a vent in the bathroom. The room was extremely small for a 5 star hotel. It is far from 5 star. The Sofitel across the street out this property to shame and at a lower price. Poor service in the bar/lounge area. The requested King Size bed was not provided but a queen bed . I booked 2 rooms and the other was a King bed. no fan as requested yet they called 3 times to say they had one, then not, then the fan they located was broken...5 star? hardly |

The room was updated an clean but very small for a 5 star hotel especially at the price. The facilities are way below any 5 star hotel I have stayed. The restaurants were poorly staffed and the quality of food versus the perceived value was low. The Sofitel across the street put thisplace to shame and at a lower price! |

efficient and comfortable business hotel. good shower and good room size for Europe. Good location for rail transfers. I was on a short vacation in between work assignments. there did not seem to be enough "leisure based" services or help from the concierge on leisure recommendations. |

Not a great deal. A very ordinairy hotel and certinaly not 5 star - 3 star max. It is a business hotel and this should be very clearly stated when booking. The location is is ideal for business people coming into Munich by train but otherwise not great. |

Close to the train station and Oktoberfest. Lots of great local outdoor eating places. Ellen at the front desk did her best to correct the things that were wrong. Thank you Ellen. It certainly was not a 5 star hotel. One bottle of water for two guests. Our drinking glasses were hand washed in our bathroom sink. |

Good friendly staff nice comfortable room close to the station and shopping area. All your needs taken care of. I didnt like the way they fill the fridge up with there own alcohol & snacks. that are very expensive. The internet should be free considering the cost of accomodation. |

The location of the hotel is very convenient . The bathroom was extremely clean with nice shampoos and shower gel . The foyer of the hotel and carpets were not as clean as expected of a 5 * hotel in Germany . |

The staff was very helpful in arranging sightseeing for us. The rooms were comfortable and overlooked a very pleasant inner courtyard. Internet was free. Bicylces were available for rent. Within ten minutes walk were many sights to see. The 27 Euro charge for breakfast is a bit outrageous as is the parking charge. The towels are thin and not worthy of this hotel. The hotel is located across from the train station in the Turkish quarter. To get to any typical German restaurants you had to walk a bit. |
