De locatie van dit Hotel is centraal en toch rustig. Het is op loopafstand van de Altstadt. De kamer was krap en spartaans/sober ingericht. Er was geen douchekabine. Toen ik om 10.15 uur bij de ontbijtzaal arriveerde werd ik erop attent gemaakt dat deze om 10.30 uur ging sluiten. Vond ik ongepast. |

mooie zuivere kamer, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel kon 's morgens het hotel niet bereiken per telefoon, twee keer geprobeerd. |

almost nothing.. it was unacceptable to stay in 5 star hoter as meridien declares and there is no black out curtain in the room. the gym facilities are very poor and the value for money paid, does not reflect at all. forgot to mention about noise ( like someone was hammering at around 7 o clock every morning.) and disturb my sleep. |

Incredibly quiet, though situated within spitting distance of the railway station and a busy road. Nice bar & restaurant. Very small rooms for a hotel of its class. |

The nice location, the fact that hotel is quiet despite being central, the friendliness of the staff, the availability of a parking, the restaurant is good with fair prices Breakfast is very good but too expensive, the waiter in chief at the restaurant that evening was an older person not very friendly and irritated by his customers as there we probably too many to his taste... which is not very acceptable. He made a (minor) mistake on my dinner check, which he did not want to correct. I did not want to argue but was very unhappy. |

Small but nice rooms; very helpful staff. Location very central and close to trainstation. Internet charges (60 Cent p. minute; maxiumum of 21 Euro a day). |

Good, clean hotel well located in Town. Good Staff, professional, kind and helpful. Nice restaurant setup, good quality food. Parking facilities available. Room upgrade requested and granted accordingly. No Tea/Coffee facilities in room. Internet charges prohibitive per day, 24 Euro charge daily! A little nasty for a "wired connection", not even wireless and in a Business Hotel that should be geared up and user friendly on that level. Add 27 Euro parking...and see your bill grow and grow! |

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are big enough and quite clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant, Le Park is good too. |

Location of the hotel is excellent The reception staff were extremely unfriendly - both I and a colleague experienced surliness and downright rudeness from one female member of staff on checking in/checking out. The rooms - in both wings - are extremely small. |

The rooms had a great design, the staff was very helpful and the garden restaurant as well as the bar had excellent service. I was served until 2:30 AM. |

Very nice location, close to the river, friendly staff, very nice breakfast buffer, quiet area in Frankfurt despite being downtown, possibility to open the windows the rooms are not too well isolated from the corridor noise, the restaurant food is too international and its price/quality ratio is not very good |
