I liked the fact that the swimming pool and spa areas were included with the room price.

The food prices were too expensive.

Paid Internet. At these prices Internet should be free.

The hotel room exceeded my expectations. Everything was within walking distance of the main city square, shops and park. The room comfortable & quiet. The bathroom, especially the shower, was one of the neatest designs I have ever seen. The decor of both room & lobby was contemporary and stylish. The desk staff were spot-on. Not being able to speak German, they were a breath of fresh air & quite friendly. Much thanks to the gentleman desk manager, as he helped me and my brother get to the Stuttgart football game vs Berlin by informing me that a round-trip train ride was included with my ticket. Having no idea, I would have cabbed it. Thanks again. Great experience!! Bravo.

Phone calls out from room to usa was very expensive. Roaming charges were not specifically told and I was charged almost $200.00 dollars us for less than 40 minutes of talk. Should be told of any connection charge cost before connection.

Location of the hotel is outstanding. The rooms are very nice

Was hopelessly over capacity during the breakfast. We were very lucky to get a table. Rooms were not ready when we arrived late in the afternoon

The hotel staff was excellent--very accommodating, pleasent and polite (mostly). The spa area was quite nice, with a pool and hot tub, as well as a range of spa services. Our room was clean and quite large.

Buyer beware! A superior room means that you will get a room facing a very ugly, very busy street. The traffic noise is audible at all hours. I had specifically asked for a room away from the street but was told when we discovered what room we got that my request was only that, a request, and the hotel did not have to honor it since I selected a superior room. When I informed the hotel that the description of the room did not say it would be street facing, they basically said, "Sorry. That's just the way it is." If you want to be off the street, make sure to book the Deluxe. Shame on the hotel and Booking.com for not alerting their customers! The hotel is located in a very ugly part of the city.

Staff very pleasant and friendly; location excellent.

Had trouble with toiliet flush in my room - however the staff were very quick and efficient with their response and with fixing the issue.

The hotel is definitely overrated.Management seems to be unprofessional .

Very professional staff is a requirement for top hotels, but Le Meridien personnel are really spontaneous ad kind, keeping the efficiency at the highest level. Not even the presence of Germany Soccer National Team in the hotel during our stay changed that!
