El Spa i la Piscina, La tranquilidad, i el Buffet del Desayuno. Facilidad para aparcar. No esta exactamente en el centro, y atravesar el parque de noche no era muy atractivo |

Me ha gustado mucho la atencion dada en el hotel, con lo cual volveria a reservar sin ninguna duda el hotel de nuevo. Las instalaciones son maravillosas y me han encantado. Muy buena eleccion la que hemos hecho. Hotel fantastico. |

La habitación y el ambiente son excelentes; la ubicación buena, cerca de la ópera; a nosotros nos interesaba esa ubicación Un poco ruidoso por estar en una calle que casi es una autopista, y aunque el aislamiento es muy bueno nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso y se oía un poco. |

Ubicacion, Calidad y Comodidad. Ademas en el piso Ejecutivo, la facilidad del servicio de Internet libre de costo, asi como consumo del mini-bar gratuito. Los precios del Restaurante y Bar me parecieron muy elevados. |

The emplacement and the compfort, it was just fantastic. We enjoyed the spa despite the hammam was not in use every day. I just made a remark about the order form for breakfast in room... It wasn't complete enough.... |

Near city center, perfect for shopping, the place opposite to a big park is a good choice One of the times that I tried to get a bath there was not warm water left from 22:00 to 24:00 |

Beautiful location on the garden and close to main shopping street. Staff was excellent - probably the most accommodating that we've ever encountered. We went for a quick getaway without our young children and found the spa/pool/fitness area to be excellent. Perhaps a little pricey but we felt it was worth it. The mini bar inside the room was warm so we couldn't really use it to store any food that we brought back (didn't bother complaining about it). We were in a room facing the street/garden which was fine with us as we enjoy city noise, but ambulances were quite loud. Bar hours were confusing as previously mentioned. |

wonderfull spa was included in the junior suite. We came with our little dog and they provided us with a blanket and water bowl. Very nice room and bathroom. Super friendly staff. Good discount price -135 euro- for super room. 5 minute walk from the busy center |

The beds were comfortable. It was located in a central area with easy access to the city. The staff was nice and helpful. The room services were lax. The food at the hotel was overpriced and not that good. |

Excelelnt location and services available - access to the swimmingpool and massage, sauna... very good service and responsivness of the personel. The double matrimonial room provides great comfort and we spent an excellent weekend there, would definetly return. |
