Upon entering the hotel,we felt such a warm welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and kind to our daughter. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. Breakfast was gorgeous and such a wide selection of food to choose from. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to other people. Not one thing,only good things to say about this hotel.

Spa was excellent, as was staff, room, hotel in general very nice appearance and very clean. Room was well presented with vouchers for cafés and local museums, excellent for a weekend spa + city trip. Rooms excellently furnished with glassware, internet, toiletries, etc. Elevator to Spa out of order - had to take 5 flights of stairs. Only annoying, better for health anyway!!! Upset that a > 200 Euro hotel room did not include Breakfast! This was the most negative point.

The staff and location. The machine to pay for parking would not take all of my money, so I had to go back to the front desk. I did not think that you gourmet dinner restaurant was as good as I expected, more gremanic than French!

Majority of staff excellent although 1 or 2 at breakfast need more coffee before they come to work. Spa excellent and under used which makes it even more a pleasure for those that do use. pillows need changing.

The staff are very professional. Wifi isn't free, although you can use the PC in the business center.

One of the best hotel I stayed , most of the staff are coorporate with us everyone is ready for help ,We reserve 7 rooms and asked to be the same floor and we got it wonderful Spa area location of the hotel is near the main train station and shopping area

Good extra bed when we got it. We reserved a room with extra bed but it wasn't there when we got the room late in the evening. It took a while when it was organzed.

Luxury feel in public areas. Comfortable room. Good swimming pool/spa. Staff pleasant and helpful. Restaurant expensive. At check-out attempted to pay with same Visa card (RBS Gold) that had been used to pre-pay ; system came up with "Card declined". Fortunately my wife's M&S Card worked. After getting home I checked with Visa who said that no electronic request had come from the hotel. It could have been a very awkward situation. As it seems there is a problem with the hotel's authorisation procedures visitors should be warned there might be a problem.

-Spa bereich -Pool -Personal Freundlich -Dusche - Spiegel war dreckig - Toilettenspühlung katastrophe da man immer voll fest rein drücken musste damit es 'wenn überhaupt mal' spühlt - Betten, Sessel bzw. Ausstattung usw. nicht 5 sterne Hotel gerecht - Wenig platz im Zimmer - Preisleistung - NICHT GERECHT - Ich hatte schon 3 - 4 sterne Zimmer die größer, schöner und weniger als die hälfte von diesem Zimmers kosteten (wir hatten das Deluxe Doppelzimmer)
