one female receptionist very unhelpful and not friendly. the other members of staff good. Dont know how a chef could make such a mess of scrambled eggs. Apart from that breakfast good. Did not like the charge for parking at the hotel which was not advertised.

The rooms were great - clean, spacious, tidy! The service staff were friendly and polite. And the breakfast was awesome too!

I liked the location, close to the city. We left the car in the secure undeground car park and could walk to the city with ease. The staff where efficient accomodating and friendly. The breakfast facilities and choice of food and drink where excellent. The Hotel reception staff spoke passable to good English

The room allocated to me (216) unfortunatley had a window with the florescent Hotel Leine sign just outside so i could not sleep because of the light even with the curtains closed, it seemed like dawn all night. At 3am i complained to reception and was allocated a different room no problem.For that particular room i would recommend that the hotel make adjustments to the curtains for increased light restriction. Its terrible not being able to sleep even when you are exhausted after a long trip

Great breakfast and the staff was very friendly throughout.

I ended up spending and extra 10 euros for WiFi -- in this era, it behooves a hotel to have both hot water and WiFi. Leine bats 50% on this one.

The room is clean and wide. I wanted to visit the grave of Max Planck, and found this hotel is the nearest, just five minutes walk to Stadtfriedhof, in which Max Planck, Otto Hahn, Max Born and Max von Laue were buried.

Very nice hotel, though the rooms have an open wooden staircase up to the bed area which may not be suitable for some people. Rooms were nice and part of the hotel was being refurbished while we were there. A short walk into the main area of the city where there are plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping. Nice friendly English speaking staff. Underground car parking available.

I loved it that everything was so clean and the bathroom looked so new. The bedroom was also comfortable. It had everything you need whether you are there for leisure or for professional reasons. The breakfast was ok as well, even though not extraordinary.

It could be a bit more central. The price was too high when compared to similar hotels in larger cities.

We were passing by and stayed at the hotel for one night. It was easy to find, cheap parking in a garage underneath the hotel. The room was spacious. We liked the breakfast. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the city center and in the morning we reached the autobahn quickly.

there is no bar in the hotel where it would be possible to get a tea and some cokie or sandwich in the evening

Very friendly and helpfull staff esp reception. Only 5-10 min walk from main station. Clean well equipped rooms. Very good bereakfast included

Location - rather far from town centre and station. Room was on two levels, with bedroom up a narrow flight of stairs. All other facilities (bathroom etc.) were on the lower level, which was quite inconvenient.

The building is getting a bit run down. Not much you can do about the not so nice walk into the city

Quietness of my room (overlooking the back of the hotel).

We love the Leine, and were on a return visit. This time, we were even happier, as the obliging staff helped me sort out a problem with an item I'd lost on my travels. The room is lovely, with a delightful view over quiet countryside. We find the sleeping loft arrangement very pleasant, and the breakfast is absolutely magnificent. We'll certainly be back.

There was no free internet. Bathrooms did not have tooth brush and tooth paste.

Spacious rooms over two levels and very close to city center

Breakfast could be better, bread rolls were dry and a bit stale and coffee was weak and tasteless.

We had one of the 2-story rooms which worked great when you have a little baby or child that you want to put to be before you go to bed. Our little baby was able to sleep upstairs while I worked on the computer and my partner watched tv (although one has to keep the sound very low)... the room was clean (although it was older and has not been renovated). The breakfast was the best part- very very nice with everything you could want to eat in the morning and everyone was very nice and helpful.

The shower was a bit small and they did not have any amenities, such as lotion or Q-tips. The room downstairs by the TV could use a comfy chair or sofa for TV watching. The hotel was not very conveniently located and the website should give you directions on how to take the bus to the hotel.

Schade! Ein Hotel, das vorrangig auf Geschäftsreisende ausgelegt ist und demnach sein Hauptgeschäft in der Woche macht, fühlt sich zu einem der wenigen Großereignisse in GÖ, der EINMAL jährlichen Tour d'Energie, NICHT in der Lage, den SportlerInnen durch eine spätere Auscheckzeit als 11 Uhr entgegen zu kommen. Service-Gedanke? Dies ist die Erfahrung eines zweiten Jahres. Mehr Flexibilität wäre toll!

Die Zimmer im 4. OG waren schön aufgeteilt.

Recht schlichtes Hotel. Durchaus OK für ne Geschäftsreise, aber nicht besonders schick.

Die Zimmer in der Nähe der Hotel-Leuchwerbung können leider nicht ganz verdunkelt werden!

Das Frühstück war geschmacklich und vom Umfang her sehr gut.
