Die Lage war super, Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür. Auch Parkplätze waren zur Genüge vorhanden. An der Rezeption hat man uns sehr freundlich empfangen, wenn auch das tiefe Decoletteé der Empfangsdame wenig seriös gewirkt hat. Die Zimmergröße war ausreichend groß, die Betten bequem und das Bad war auch in Ordnung. Am besten war jedoch Fernsehen in HD ;-) Gefehlt hat uns ein kleiner Kühlschrank, um unsere Getränke unterzubringen (gerade im Sommer wäre das ganz praktisch). Außerdem war die Armatur vom Duschschlauch ziemlich verrostet und verkalkt, was uns bei der ansonsten guten Sauberkeit etwas erstaunt hat. Ansonsten alles super, viel mehr konnten wir aber auch nicht feststellen, da wir nur für eine Nacht dort waren. Daher auch nur "mittlere" Bewertung bei den Serviceleistungen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, spontane Umbuchung von nr auf Raucherzimmer möglich, Parkplatz direkt am Haus oder Tiefgarage, 24h öffnungszeiten, gutes Frühstücksbüffet.

Man merkt, das dieses Hotel noch relativ neu ist, daher ist auch alles noch sauber und ordentlich. Die S-Bahn und der Busbahnhof befindet sich direkt gegenüber und man ist in ca. 20 Minuten mit der S-Bahn in Köln.

Aardig personeel, prima kamers met heerlijke bedden en een goede douche. Perfecte ligging, want op 100 m van een sneltramhalte. In 15 minuten ben je in hartje Keulen. Nee, ik ben helemaal tevreden.
