Βρίσκεται σε βολική τοποθεσία. Κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες. Το πρωινό ήταν συμπαθητικό, αν και απουσίαζαν τα φρέσκα φρούτα. 1. να ανοίγουν τα παράθυρα, ο αέρας δεν ανανεώνεται και μυρίζει πλαστικό 2. να προσλάβουν εμπειρότερους υπαλλήλους, ειδικά στο σερβίρισμα. Έχουν κάτι πιτσιρίκια που τα έχουν χαμένα. 3. να αλλάξουν τη διακόσμηση στο lobby. Είναι τάχαμου "ντιζάιν", αλλά δείχνει φτηνιάρικη. Το ίδιο ισχύει και για τα δωμάτια που είναι και πολύ μικρά. 4. η τηλεόραση δεν πιάνει διεθνή κανάλια, πράγμα απαράδεκτο. |

Hotel was lovely in a nice area and not difficult to get into city centre, underground a few steps away from hotel. The staff were really nice and very helpful, hotel very clean, breakfast a nice selection to pick from. I will return there again without hesitation as I could find no faults and had a lovely break. |

The rooms were sufficient in size and clean. The location was close to U bahn etc. I already told the htel that I did not like their pillows. I am a guide and stay at least 150 nights in hotels with clients and the most important for me is a good nights sleep and with synthetic oversize rubbery fiber stuffed pillows I do not sleep. |

very clean and confortable and close to transport. would recommend however bearing in mind they are undergoing works, so if you are looking to rest and have a lie in, forget about it. there were works going on during weekdays. i had come to this hotel after a conference i attended in berlin and was tired and wanted to relax. got woken up by drilling sounds at 8 o'clock in the morning both thursday and friday, then stopped over the weekend. when complaining to staff they just came back saying they couldn't do anything about it, even told my partner it wasn't the hotels works which was a total lie! i was shocked they didn't even offer an alternative solution, like changing room or simply and apology. i don't think their staff have got to grips of what customer service is about, but then again, seems like a general theme throghout berlin. |

Close to the station, in a safe suburb, very modern, had all mod cons and the price was excellent The beds, as a couple on a special break, we didn't like the way we kept falling inbetween the beds! they need some sort of catch on them to keep them together. Also the bathrooms would be nicer with doors on them |

The staff, especially Orren was extremely helpful. The hotel is central to a number of really good German pubs and shopping. The breakfasts were lovely and the bread rolls out of this world. There was a strange smell similar to sewers just outside the hotel which was a bit unpleasant at times. It would have been a plus if the restaraunt offered a buffet evening meal. |

The location in certainly a plus, close to ubahn,shops ,restaurants.As the hotel is very new everything is still in a tip top condition.I will use it again if I go to Berlin in future. breakfast is a rip off,cost 15 euro per head,extra if you want cuppacino. |

We liked the location and the fact that it is very new. The bathroom was very cool. Housekeeping was very poor. Kleenexes, coffee and bath gel were not replenished after they ran out after the first of three nights. Front desk staff did not even say sorry. |
