Good breakfast, efficient and friendly staff. Decent neighborhood.

A little noisy, the internet was expensive and not completely reliable. Just an OK city, not the hotels fault, of course.

Having to pay for wifi The only iron/ironing board available was downstairs, in the disabled toilet. This meant carrying one's ironing through the lobby and having to lock yourself in the toilet to do it, as the only plug point was by the door so you would otherwise be hit by someone trying to open the door.

Very clean, comfortable, well-organised hotel - a bit like a super-hostel! Our room was overlooking the courtyard, so was quiet and we could open the window - our friends overlookong the street found it noisy with the window open. The shower and separate loo was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and quality was very good. Very good choice for a city break - though a bit distant from central Berlin. Make sure you have a Berlin travel ticket and a good map of the S and U- Bahn!

Not a great choice of restaurants in the area - we needed to go to Savigny Platz, involving a change on the metro, to find a range of nice places to eat - definitely recommend that!

I liked its central location & it's proximity to the U-ban. I also liked the very helpful & friendly staff.

I did not like the fact that I did not have free WiFi in the room or the lobby. Also I did not like the fact that we didn't have a fridge in the room.

It was nice and clean. Near the train station.

The receptionist was extremely curt and rude. Didnt catch her name but she had ginger long hair. She was aggressive and rude. The other reception staff also were not hospitable and as a customer I approached the reception desk and two staff members ignored my presence for a few minutes before I had to say excuse me! They had both clearly noticed me standing there but carried on talking to each other.

As a group I felt we were not at all welcomed and no effort was made to help us turn this trip into a special experience (i.e. request to have a birthday table reserved for breakfast was first refused and then reluctantly arranged)

The location - close to U-bahn and the bus to the airport. 5 minutes walk to the Opera and only some U-bahn stops from the Philharmonia. The breakfast was also very good.

The location near to ubahn with enough shops and restaurants in immediate vicinity but very easy to get into centre of Berlin from here.very friendly courteous staff,nice room and good breakfast.

The rooms and the beds were comfortable, if you are looking for just room then it is available for you do not expect much facility. The location was good. Easy access to the metro and city center.

Very expensive wifi. I haven't seen any hotel in this budget which does not provide free wifi access. In addition, in most of the hotels there are free welcome water per day and in here the water price is 4 euro.

- Non-smoking is, in the words of the manager, a "wish" that may/may not be fulfilled. - Shift manager had a terrible attitude and was unwilling to help us even in small ways.

Decent location from the airport, local amenities are useful.

Wi-fi not included, no mini-bar and rooms could be cosier.

The trainee at the reception was esp. Helpful, getting us the best room for our tastes. Great location. Open bathroom architecture gave a small room a bigger feeling.

Room was over a busy street, which in Berlin on a Saturday night always means party noise.
