Kiva huone. Erinomainen aamiainen. Alalerran remontti pahasti kesken. Vastaanotossa kovin suuret erot asiakaspalvelijoilla. Netti liian kallis ja kerralla vain tunti huoneessa. |

Juuri avattu hotelli. Hyvät huoneet. Loistava aamupala. erittäin hyvä hinta/laatusuhde. Henkilökunta oli vielä sisäänajovaiheessa - ihan ymmärrettävää. Hissien toiminnassa puutteita, näytti kyllä olevan huoltomiehet töissä. |

We had a great time at this hotel. We were a few seconds away from the under ground station which allowed us to get to different parts of Berlin, however we decided to walk to most places that were in reach. The hotel staff were really helpful and the free internet in the lobby came in handy when we needed to know something. Overall i would recommend this hotel. |

Very friendly and helpful staff (eg. they offered to keep flowers in a vase behind the bar, after we checked out, until we returned to collect them). Very close to Schloss Charlottenburg and Bismarckstrasse U-Bahn is 2 minutes down the road. |

Good value for money. Located directly next to subway station. It takes approx 15 minutes to Zoo/Ku'Dam and 25-30 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Rooms are clean and comfortable. |

The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful also on unusual questions.Also the breakfeast was very good. The room service was planned rather early.So the start time for cleaning the room. |

The receptionist are all very helpful and kind. The location was perfect to go to Deutsche Oper, it was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I felt some odour at the entrance. It might be smell of food from the bar placed on near the entrance. I think it could be better to have something smell good such as candle. |

Very good hotel very close to the Deutsche Oper. Only a couple of minutes walk away.Lots of excellent shops nearby and great transport links. Anyone going to Berlin for performances at the DO would find this hotel excellent value. |

Was easy to get to by underground. Clean. Rooms were too small for a twin bedded room that I wanted. Were not able to seperate the beds to give 1 foot sapce inbetween.There were no English Chanels on tv! |

The metro station is only 2 minutes walk and within 15 minutes you are down town. Some nice bakeries and food shops across the street (so breakfast in the hotel is not necessary) The front desk staff was terrible! never seen such uninterested and unprofesional people! the car park is expensive for a hotel parking (EUR 14,00 a day). |

Very good value for money. The location of the hotel is perfect: close to a metro that takes you straight to the center and close to a very good shopping area. Friendly staff during breakfast and helpful staff at the reception. High quality and facilities. 1. The matress was too soft 2. The pillows were really bad quality: too big, too thin, too soft 3. The bed was not really a bed but rather 2 matresses put on a furniture. We expected a proper double bed. 4. Bad lightning in the bathroom |

Hotel was lovely in a nice area and not difficult to get into city centre, underground a few steps away from hotel. The staff were really nice and very helpful, hotel very clean, breakfast a nice selection to pick from. I will return there again without hesitation as I could find no faults and had a lovely break. |
