nu am ce comenta,totul a fost super.

Hotelul este foarte modern si curat,bine amplasat,foarte aproape de statia de metrou intr-un cartier foarte bun al Berlinului.Personalul este profesionist, buni vorbitori de limba engleza si te ajuta cu orice problema ai.Micul dejun este extraordinar, foarte bogat si variat,pentru toate gusturile.Restaurantul este foarte mare si foarte frumos amenajat, cu personal foarte muncitor.Camera de hotel a fost foarte spatioasa si confortabila.Se facea zilnic curatenie si se schimbau prosoapele.In camera exista un fierbator si pliculete de ceai si cafea care sunt foarte folositoare.

Parcarea privata a hotelului este cam scumpa si ar fi fost folositor daca am fi avut wi-fi gratuit.

Un hotel corect din aproape toate punctele de vedere. Nu exceleaza la niciun capitol - spatii reduse folosite judicios.

Nu exista frigider in camera; produsele cosmetice mediocre; suprafata totala baie 3 mp; camera (parter 135) cu vedere spre tufis la 0.5 m distanta; restaurantul f. aproape de camere...

Un hotel normal, fara conditii de lux dar nici unul in care sa regreti ca ai stat. Un hotel curat, bine amplasat in raport cu aeroportul Tegel. Departe de centrul orasului daca vrei mergi pe jos , cea mai buna alternativa este inchirierea unei biciclete de la receptia hotelului; pentru cei care nu prefera alternativele expuse, exista statie de metrou foarte aproape . A normal hotel, without luxury conditions but none that you regret that you stayed. A clean hotel, well located in relation to Tegel airport. Far from downtown if you want to walk, the best alternative it's to rent a bike from reception.For those who not prefer alternatives presented, the metro station is very closer.

Cel mai mare dezavantaj va fi distanta dintre hotel si noul aeroport care se va deschide in curand. The biggest disadvantage will be the distance between the hotel and the new airport which will be open soon.

Amplasarea hotelului in mod deosebit, aproape de statii de metrou ,iar strada Wilhelsdorfer este una de..shopping!

Acesul in hotel se face din strada paralela celei din adresa(Wilhemsdorfer 32),am fost un pic confuzi.

A little noisy, the internet was expensive and not completely reliable. Just an OK city, not the hotels fault, of course.

Having to pay for wifi The only iron/ironing board available was downstairs, in the disabled toilet. This meant carrying one's ironing through the lobby and having to lock yourself in the toilet to do it, as the only plug point was by the door so you would otherwise be hit by someone trying to open the door.

Very clean, comfortable, well-organised hotel - a bit like a super-hostel! Our room was overlooking the courtyard, so was quiet and we could open the window - our friends overlookong the street found it noisy with the window open. The shower and separate loo was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and quality was very good. Very good choice for a city break - though a bit distant from central Berlin. Make sure you have a Berlin travel ticket and a good map of the S and U- Bahn!

Not a great choice of restaurants in the area - we needed to go to Savigny Platz, involving a change on the metro, to find a range of nice places to eat - definitely recommend that!

I liked its central location & it's proximity to the U-ban. I also liked the very helpful & friendly staff.

I did not like the fact that I did not have free WiFi in the room or the lobby. Also I did not like the fact that we didn't have a fridge in the room.

It was nice and clean. Near the train station.

The receptionist was extremely curt and rude. Didnt catch her name but she had ginger long hair. She was aggressive and rude. The other reception staff also were not hospitable and as a customer I approached the reception desk and two staff members ignored my presence for a few minutes before I had to say excuse me! They had both clearly noticed me standing there but carried on talking to each other.

As a group I felt we were not at all welcomed and no effort was made to help us turn this trip into a special experience (i.e. request to have a birthday table reserved for breakfast was first refused and then reluctantly arranged)

The location - close to U-bahn and the bus to the airport. 5 minutes walk to the Opera and only some U-bahn stops from the Philharmonia. The breakfast was also very good.
