Que està en un entorn aïllat, tot I que té de positiu el fet de tenir una estació de metro aprop.

Fire alarm at 4am. No staff on hand to explain what was going on. Confusion.

Room was nice, clean and quiet. We also enjoyed the lobby bar. Metro close enough (one block) and location great for getting home from Olympic stadium.

I was part of a group We had a meal and the Dessert contained nuts which was not stated on menu - my friend noticed and asked for the same dish without nuts - this wasnt possible we were told & the waiter said "Just eat the top part" - Very poor reaction

Expensive for what you get. Overpriced actually. Trying to be upmarket but in a poor location with nothing around it.

Rooms were really nice, bathrooms clean and well stocked with towels, hairdryer etc. Hotel well decorated and modern. Near to tube station.

Breakfast price was far too high, 21 euros each, would have been 126 euros extra for our three day stay, feel that it was a very high price to pay.

Great location near Oberwiesenfeld underground stop. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable, personnel is friendly and helpful. Two pillows was a very positive surprise. Overall, good value for the money we paid. Vitruv restaurant was ok but not great; I think the bar menu offered more value (and taste) for your money.

Expensive parking 15e/24hrs and WiFi 11,90€/24hrs -especially if you are used to getting it free at most hotels.

Nice rooms, great breakfast (though at a price!).

Only stay with people you know well as the bathroom door was see-through frosted glass!

The location is excellent .. The rooms are very comfortable ... A luxury hotel and a clean ... Everything is beautiful and comfortable

rooms were not cleaned inspite of indicating it at the door we extended the stay for the nite of the 11/05/2013 but the night staff of the 10th forgot to leave a message for the morning staff and hence found oursleves locked out of our room thus miscommunication between night and day staff

Clean spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Nice bathroom. Very helpful restaurant staff. Metro station is literally 2min walk and it is very good if you want to combine Munich with the Bavarian countryside by car (not in the center but with easy access to it)

Friendly staff: spoke good english, provided map for metro stations, and made telephone inquiries to find a 24 hour pharmacy when I needed one. They charged us couple of items extra in the minibar and when we told them they took our word for granted without any discussion. I got an extra bed for my son (20 months) free of charge. Location: very close to a metro station, only 3 minutes walk. Close to a shopping mall: 10~15 minutes walk or ride one metro station. We also arrived before the formal check in time and checked in at once with no problems. The room had complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.

Room is very small (our room number was 340). no toothbrushes or toothpaste in bathroom (I later found a note in the bathroom saying I can request them from the reception). No one to help with luggage. Wifi and wired internet in the room is not free (free only at the business center at ground floor and speed is slow). Bathroom door has no lock: only a sliding glass door that my 20 months son could easily open!!! Water leaks from under shower door. Bed is too hard (some people say all german beds are hard, this is my first time in germany so I can't compare it to any others, but it was hard for me). Double bed is just two single beds placed next to each other (stuff could disappear between the two mattresses then fall under the bed and it is not that comfortable like a single double mattress). Not much of a variety in breakfast (we don't eat pork so sausages are excluded from our options).

The hotel is really fancy and comfortable. Breakfast is superb.

Internet is really expensive if you need to do some work. The hotel offers different prices depending on the speed and downloading capacity. My room was a bit noisy because window frames were not good insulated. I could clearly hear the noise coming from the highway a99.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff were great, Friday evening DJ in the bar - excellent. Close to underground and peaceful at night

Location is little bit far from the city center but there is an under ground near to the hotel few minutes walking

They charge for every thing even the internet and with a very slow speed.

It was very clean.

Housekeeping hardly understands german. So they did not clean the room the first day because they did not understand that we asked for cleaning after 4pm. They said "ok" but did not clean the room. pretty sad for such a hotel.
