Close to the city center. Good breakfast, clean rooms. Quite easy to find free parking outside on the street.

Rooms to the street are very noisy in the night. African and other clubs are very close to the hotel. The walls and the windows are like paper, so you hear clearly every single word of the drunken people on the street. Low capacity of the hotel parking.

It was clean and functional. All I needed for my weeklong stay.

Amazing hospitality, wide range of free items to assist in the comfort of our stay; not that we were there for the free trinkets. Warm clean and well tidied room appropriate for me the wife and two children.

Noise of flowing sewage as neighbouring guests used toilet and shower facilities, a little unsettling but by no means a reason not to chose this hotel.

Breakfast is perfect. The room is comfortable and clean.

Everything was so perfect! They even offered fruits and drinkable water (we never saw this again in Germany!)

The front desk staff was nice, nice size of the room, the fact that they have water heater pots and coffee in the room ist very appreciated.

Themaid we hat was very unfriendly, she screamt at us because we didnt have the "dont disturb" sign on the door. I think she needs to have a vit of training on customer service. First: it was only 8 A.M. Too early for her to be banging on peoples doors

What I like about the hotel ist the friendliness of the staff. Very closed to the old town.

I didnt like the noise that the heating system made in the night, I was up almost the entire night counting waterdrop-like sounds that came from the pipes of the heating system. That was very unpleasant due to the price of the room.

Nice room for a good price - larger than most European hotels with a good breakfast bar. Free internet was also nice.

No room service/Mini bar... No restaurant/Pub... After a long business day specially after a day at the show/fair, one needs to relax and discuss some points with colleagues without leaving the hotel... Wifi way to expensive in a world when in 3rd world cities have free internet...

Near city center and very clean

Staff were able to secure us a reservation in the Helig Geist Spital.

Receptionists were rude and unhelpful, bar was advertised but not opened, we were told because of lack of customers but every customer through the door was told the same, it seemed due to the reception not wanting to staff the bar. We asked for an iron we, were told that they had 4 irons to go around 104 rooms! It is in a very poor area quite far from the city. We would not go back again and rebooked for next year in a different hotel.

Most staff are nice. Breakfast is ok. Room is clean.

Some front desk staff at night can't understand English well. The Sauna is one of Hotel facility, but their Sauna is not like Sauna.

Good location: the hotel is located next to Plarrer Underground station serving all of London's major destinations. The staff is very friendly: thank you Najat Frish and Saadia Becker; you made us feel at home! - It was a good start to our business. Breakfast is delicious and more than enough.

I booked in last minutes just before 20 minutes I checked in. It nice budget hotel, clean and enough for few days of business. It is 4-5 minutes walking distance from the center.

Was a bit too noisy from the street. The private parking is too small, we had to leave our car in public parking place.

They loaned us umbrellas. Breakfast was decent - it had beans.

The check-in staff lied to us about adding another person to our room. Said it was a problem, but both rooms were already equipped w/ pull-out couches. Moretz is a jerk. The "non-smoking" room was non-smoking for these two days only. It stank to high heaven. Hotel is in a bad section of town and is next door to a strip club. Shower heads wouldn't work properly. I will never stay at this or any other Leonardo Hotel. I was very disappointed to have staff lie to our faces; it was the most disrespect I faced in all my time in Germany.

good quality for price. Located about 20 minute walk from the Christmas market. The staff was very nice and spoke English. Parking was very close, though it was out-doors (not a garage).

There were 2 clubs nearby, so if you leave you windows open, you'll near the "night life" of Nuremberg very well all night long. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.
