We liked its location. The staff spoke perfect English (the hotel is in Germany) and were exceptionaly helpful and friendly. Everywhere was clean, tidy and fresh - it didn't have any hint of being tatty or tired in appearance. |

The center can be reached very easily by tram (5 min). The room is very spacious, confortable and quite. Wifi connection in the room free of charge. Breakfast is excellent. The service is excellent. Garage available in the hotel. The reception is open 24h. I will always recommende this hotel. |

The location is super. The hotel is hidden in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and there is a tram line (1 or 2 minutes walk from the hotel) going directly to the heart of old town. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the top floor. In the morning there are birds right outside our window "happily singing". |

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, free internet plus great breakfast at really good value. The location of the hotel is a bit far from walking to the main train station. |

The room was very tidy and large. Breakfast selection wonderful. It is very easy to reach the city centre by means of train or bus. |

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good choice of food at breakfast.Spacious room. Easy tram route to old town. The single bed in the triple room was not comfortable. It was too high and the mattress was too firm. |

Friendly staff, good food, perfect room, outstanding location(only 15 min walk from "everything", or 6 Euro by Taxi to the city center..) I will never stay any other place next time i'm in Düsseldorf - not even if it's free. ...a little softer beds maybe..?? |

Lovely hotel, extra friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, amazing breakfast. All in all, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Would recommend to anyone. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt. |

A small hotel, typically German with very helpful (English speaking) staff and a great breakfast. Near to tram & train lines. We were also given a voucher from the hotel, which entitled us to free train/tram/bus travel - very handy! |

Would definitely stay again. Picked up some of the cards at the front desk. Man working front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Breakfast was good with lots of variety cereal, fruit meat. Very nice very pleasant BR room on 6th floor. Car park was locked and protected. Hotel less than 1 block from train/tram station for those going to Phillips Hall as I was. Not really. It was a little hard to get to. The street the hotel was on did nto open onto the main street. Had to come down one street ...turn left. and then circle the street the hotel was on. But did not really have a problem with GPS. It really wasn't a problem |

Das Hotel ist sehr individuell eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück ( sonst sehr gut ) muß man jede einzelne Tasse Kaffee neu ordern. |
