Excellent conditions and location.
Staff didnt speak english that well.but fullfilled the necessities
Rude staff, very old facility, not even too clean, not sound-isolating windows, wc in common and one shower per stage.
We were looking for cheap accommodations for one night, so this is it.
The WC on the second floor stinks a little bit (but the showering room was clean. No smell). When we asked them to keep our luggage, they asked us to go down the basement ourselves. In the basement, we saw there was already some bags left by other visitors, and no one was looking after them. I don't think it's a safe way to keep customers properties.
Location was good Had Wifi internet Running hot water and shower in room
Cost was high. No fan or air conditioner Small room stuffed with two single beds Sinking mattress
There's only one shower room on each floor. The staff doesn't speak English very well. When I checked in I paid the wifi fare, but on the following day one of the staff who was not working on the previous day rudely asked me to pay the wifi fare again without checking my payment. It was my worst stay in Europe in my life.
Attentions, good location for the purpose of my visit, good and kind people.
The limited Menu for breakfast
Right near the station. Small but tidy.
Toilet wasn't clean. Walls very thin.
May be just the staff.
nice for only one night not far away from main station
Value for your money. Close to the train & bus stations, with lots of eating places nearby.
No wc in the rooms.
Very basic hotel in good location, walking distance to harbour, reeperbahn and center
Very good location. Price is fair. Wifi worked well, but it cost eur3 for my 2day stay. Really should be free. Was able to drop luggage off after arriving before checking time.
Nothing like a desk in the room, which was too small for one to fit. But even a night stand would help. There was one, but it was occupied by the tv. Room was small! But nice.
Right near the station and great when getting there after midnight after a delayed flight. The cheap single rooms are just that, they're hardly the Ritz, but you get what you pay for and it was fine for a night.
Room isn't large, but as the cheapest single room on the website I wasn't expecting too much, and it was fine for what I paid.
Location right next to Hamburg railway station.
I booked a room for myself and a room for my friend. My friend couldn't make it so I cancelled his room but kept my reservation. When I arrived at the hotel they told me they had received the cancellation for my friends room but had no booking confirmation for me. They said they could get a room ready for me but it woudl cost €50 instead of €25. I couldn't be bothered arguing because I was tired. They put me in a room in the attic with a sloping roof and a window that wouldn't close properly. The only light was a table lamp and there were bare wires by the sockets where a radiator was also plugged in. The plug in the sink didn't work and there was no shower in the room. But I did have use of a shared toilet in the corridor. There was no free wifi and during the night one of the metal rods under the mattress broke! Terrible hotel and I got the feeling that the 2 members of staff I dealt with blatantly ripped me off because I cancelled my friends room at a weeks notice. Do not stay here!
Nothing, seriosly avoid this place!
Extremely dirty facilities, stained armchairs that have never been cleaned. Staff very unfriendly when asked for iron that was itself burnt and of no use. Staff poorly speaks any common language, including German.
Very good location, next to the Hauptbahnhof, a few museums and restaurants. 24-reception, elevator goes until the 4th floor. Shared bathroom is very good, pretty much never busy. I felt like there's 1 bathro for every 3 rooms.
Stayed at the 5th floor, elevator only goes until the 4th. My room had very thin walls, so it was noisy. Room had a cigarette smell. To take a shower you need to get the bathroom key at the reception (but you don't need it to use the toilettes).
Thenlocation was be lpiant, 1 min away from the main station. Room was clean and bright. Helpful staff. Nice one, overall recommended.
You can hear the other doors banging, you could smell that someone was smoking in other rooms.
excellent value right next to main train station
The short distance to the railwaystation.
Old building, but claen.
Occupation, Price. Very good value for money.
Tiny room, no free wi-fi.
Location - just around a corner from the main railway station Very cheap
No shower (or bath), in room or anywhere else Tiniest room I've ever seen Isty, bitsy, teeney weenie TV
Good location but that's about the only positive thing
Our room had a shower but not a toilet you had to go share one of two toilets on the floor between the 6 or so rooms, rather annoying really I would much prefer to have a toilet in the room and have to leave for a shower. The bed was rather uncomfortable as well rbh nights I had spiky bits of the springs poking my back in certain places on the bed. The staff were not very helpful to us and had very limited English for you to be able to ask for you key again once you return to the hotel, I am aware that we are in Germany and should make the effort to speak some German but they advertise as being tourist friendly so you would expect them to at least know the room numbers to give you your key back each time you return to the hotel
Less than a minute's walk from the main station, yet very quiet. Good choice at breakfast. Excellent value for a short stay.
Room a little cramped.
No free wifi
good location, kind staff, 24hour open.
