Staff do not know how to smile

This is a old style hotel and is a bit run down from the outside but it served its purpose with price and car parking facilities.

No clear reception entrance and check in is only between 4pm amd 8pm, otherwise the door is locked. The man at reception should not work in hospitality as he was clearly not interested in attending his guests. Wifi was hit and miss. Breakfast was basic. We booked a triple room and it was ok and the bathroom had been renovated but the towels were very old and worn. If you are on a budget, this would be fine for one night.

I am surprised about the relatively low rating of that place, becauce while it might be justified in strict terms of comparison, a cheap, but reasonable hotel at a practical location during fair times in Frankfurt is a good thing in itself. The hotel is not exactly a palace, but absolutely acceptable. There is plenty of parking around at centprices, breakfast is ok and if going to the fair it is extremly convenient to go by direct S-bahn from Neu Isenburg station (again with lots of parking) within 20 minutes to the fairgrounds. The place could also be a choice, if you are exhibiting at a budget.

We liked the location and the size of the room.

Directly in a little town, dinner places near by.

Reception desk not open long. Was is smoking room and the floor were dirty. Also the one bed room shower wouldn't drain, had to rinse, turn off, soap up, then turn on again. Had to alternate this several times.

Szép fürdő, kissé öreg ágyak de alapjában véve szép tiszta és csendes hely. Jó ár/érték arány mert két személyre két napra reggelivel együtt fizettünk 140 eur-T.

Aj keď spoločné WC, ale dostatočne veľké a čisté aj kvalitne zariadené WC.

žiadne spoje do mesta, resp. veľmi vzdialené. Po 8 hodine ráno som musel urgovať nedostatok tanierov na raňajkách, slabí výber salámov a bez šunky.

Sehr sauber, ruhig trotz zentraler Lage und Flughafennähe, moderne Innenausstattung, Personal sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück, kostenloses WLAN - alles in allem mehr, als man bei einem 2 Sterne Hotel erwartet.

Von außen etwas schäbig, zwar zentral in Neu Isenburg aber die Stadt ist nicht gerade schön

Camere che assomigliano a una prigione, piccole ,scarse con il lavandino in camera e la doccia in camera, per il W.c è in comune con altri ....., colazione scarsa ,per quello che è costa veramente tanto, mai soggiornato in un hotel cosi scarso..

Meine Erwartungen waren eingetroffen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis. Alles hat funktioniert (tv, Internet, Service). Keine Parkplatzprobleme, leicht zu finden.

Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend, für den Preis sogar sehr gut ausreichend.. Leider halten sich manche Reisende nicht an das Nichtrauchergebot in Nichtraucherzimmern.

Unfreundliche Begrüßung an der Rezeption. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit auf dem Zimmer.(Stuhl) Schlafen war erst ab 4.00 Uhr früh möglich.(Straßenlärm) Frühstück sehr mager.(Milch war sauer) Zimmerschlüssel sehr einfach.(Bartschlüssel) Toilettendeckel locker.
