Though front desk was closed when we arrived on Sunday, back door was open and key was avaialble with a wake-up call list. Beds were kind of soft and felt used. |

Close to Frankfurt Airport. Hotel staff rather friendly. The carpet was not very clean. There is no lift and some rooms are on the first floor. Pictures hanging on the walls of disputable beauty. Cold bathroom. The information on the website concerning the access via public transport is not complete (there are city buses which run every half an hour and have a stop in the range of 150 meters). The hotel staff does not know much about public transport. |

Yes. I requested upon booking information on shuttle from the airport. I received none. I telephoned the hotel once I was at the airport and required a shuttle. The service I received was very poor and was incorrect. The rate I was quoted for a return shuttle the following day was incorrect, leading to a warm discussion with the driver. The dining room was dingy and the breakfast was overpriced. |

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Bedienung. Parkmöglichkeit für 10 Tage am Hotel war kein Problem. Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen war mit 9 € angegeben, kostete aber 12 €, da das Hotel das Taxi nicht richtig geordert hat. |

Man hat sich sehr um mich bemüht, da ich leider nur einen halben Tag im Hotel war, muße Nachts um 1.00h schon wieder zum Flughafen. Ich war schon einige male da, deshalb werde ich immer wieder dort buchen, wenn ich in Deutschland sein werde. |

het onbijt buffet moest apart betaald worden maar was wel heel goed verzorgd en heel uitgebreid was het geld zeker waard kleine kamers erg gehorig een enigsinds verouderd hotel |
