Hotel Lindenhof

Nice hotel with very nice Christmas decorations everywhere. Nice and helpful staff. Free internet service in the room if you have a laptop. Great location with a short walking distance to the center. Super parking fascilities if you have booked in advance. Nice breakfast buffet with a little bit of everything (only thing missing was bacon, hot sausages and scrambled eggs, but we can live without that :-) Our bed had the best duvets we have ever experienced in a hotel! (Very similar to our own at home).

We stayed in room 103, 2 adults in a double bed and 1 child in an extra sofabed. The sofabed was very hard and was higher in one end than the other - this could have been better. Also the duvet for the sofabed was thinner and not of the same quality as ours, so our son had to use some extra blankets (we had turned down the heat).

The friendly service, the helpful staff, the comfortable beds, the fact, that we were upgraded (we had booked a family room but got a suite instead), the good breakfast (everything was fresh), the cosy athmosphere, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel, good carage, a fine play room for children (a very child-friendly hotel located near to the city center)

The staffs are very kind. The location is very good. The hotel is very close to the center of the city. Breakfast buffet is also good. The car pariking is perfect.

This hotel was recommended by friends who had stayed there before and it did not disappoint. The location could not have been better just a couple of blocks from the Holstentor and the tourist office. We walked everywhere. The staff was always helpful and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and excellent. The room was well arranged and clean. The wireless internet was down briefly, but I was able to use the wired internet with my own laptop in the conference center at no charge. The hotel parking was an enclosed courtyard so the car was completely safe. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Lindenhof again and highly recommend it.

The room is nice and clean, but it's very basic, so i think it's a little over-priced

Great location. It took only a few minutes to walk into the city centre. Our room was spacious and well equipped and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with its range of meats and cheeses and we particularly liked the fruit options.

The only downside was the traffic noise as we needed a window open at night as there was no air conditioning.

The breakfasts were very good, with an excellant choice.The hotel was very close to the centre of the town and both bus station and train station within a 2 minute walk.

The Sauna was excellent and for free. The stuff very friendly and willing to help.

We reservated a non smoking room, and got a soming room

Fast internet by cable. Very nice beds and bathroom close to the city.

I was travelling by motorbike and hotel could offer my bike a private small garage. On my arrival there was even a sauna available - free of charge to hotel guests. Moreover nice location - easy to reach from motorway Lubeck/Hamburg.

We liked how close the hotel was to the old town. The staff was professional, yet friendly. The hotel is freqeunted by lots of local tourists and local business people but works out well for families with young or teenage children. Even though the hotel was only1+ blocks away from the train station, it was very quiet. Breakfast was a generous offering of various items but it seems biased towards what quests from Greece or spain might like for breakfast.

The price we paid was really low for how nice this place was. The location is excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was way beyond the standard rolls and cold cuts routine. Our room was very clean and comfortable and looked freshly remodeled. Very nice linens, and the soap in the bathrooms smells fantastic!
