Staff was very friendly and helpful. Most spoke english. Our room was on the main road and tended to be rather noisey at night as there were 2 cafes below and 1 pub across the street. |

It was ok. There was a tv and radio in the room and the bathroom was very clean and tidy. There was a terrible smoke odour in my room. The carpet was very old and had big stains on it. |

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. 10-minute walk from train station and 10-minute walk from main shopping area = ideal location. Good value for money. I requested non-smoking room and got one. |

The staff were most friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast room with good food. Bedroom very clean and comfortable. Located conveniently for the main railway station, within easy walking reach of the shopping areas and the altstadt for a normally fit person. I found the shower in the bath awkward and inconveniently sited on the wrong wall. |

het meest positieve was de ruime kamer en het lekkere ontbijt. Krakende vloeren, midden in de nacht wakker geworden van onze bovenburen die heen en weer liepen in de kamer. Jammer dat bepaalde producten al op waren tijdens het ontbijt. Ontbijt zou tot 11.00 duren en om 09.30 waren bepaalde producten al op. |

Wir wurden nett empfangen und stets zuvorkommend bedient. Frühstücksbuffet grosszügig. Wir buchten drei Nächte und hätten uns ein etwas grösseres Zimmer gewünscht. |

Der Aufenthalt war ganz ok. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr net und höfflich und hilfsbereit Preis leistung für dieses wochenende war gerecht 88 euro für doppelzimmer Es war nicht gerade sauber, überall waren renovierarbeiten angefangen aber nicht zu ende renoviert. Mangelnde verfügbarkeit morgens beim Essen. Die Reinigung der Zimmer lies zu wünschen übrig |

De ligging, prijs : kwaliteit, vriendelijkheid personeel, ontbijt. Parking vlakbij voor € 11,= per dag. De entree en de gevel van het hotel worden nu gerenoveerd /opgefrist. Daardoor zijn er schilders aan het werken. |

het ontbijt was goed in vergelijking met de geboden accomodatie. op de site is niets verteld over een renovatie - de ontvangst was niet prettig - de entree die niet al te ruim is, was bezet met druk werkende lieden die aan het metselen, schuren en schilderen waren. |

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable et accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables et correctement insonorisées. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est parfait pour les gros appétits. |

Прекрасное расположение отеля для шопинга (Кенигсаллее, Шадовштрассе) и путешествий (Центральный вокзал), большой двухместный номер. Номер находился в эркере выходящем на Остштрассе и было шумновато от трафика и от соседнего бара. |

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht aber es war trotzdem schön. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns immer ein Lächeln geschenkt.( Danke fürs Pflaster) Die Lage ist fast unschlagbar ( 2 U-Bahnstationen und man ist direkt in der Altstadt) und die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Das Ambiente ist sehr liebevoll. Frühstück war lecker und ansprechend. die Betten waren uns zu weich - aber das ist Geschmackssache der TV war ein bissel klein |
