The staff's customer service was awesome! Very professional while yet very, very courteous and approachable! The room was much, much nicer than I expected, and the comfort was very, very welcoming after such a long travel! Great stay overall and thoroughly pleased all the way around with the entire stay/accommodation! N/A as I liked everything about my stay!!!!

Very good level of service, The promise is that the hotel arranges transfers to/from airport. But we came late and left early and we had to take a taxi as there was not transfer at those hours. Breakfast is pretty expensive

Close to the airport Inconsistent staff . lobby computer antiquated. With planes leaving to america how can you tell a guest the shuttle only runs to 10 am to the airport.. Nothing as promised . staff talked behind clients back and even had different answers to questions. Compute so old letters were worn off keys. Bartenders had no clue haow to make normal drinks , besides pouring a beer

Room cleanliness, staff Arriving at the airport on a cold evening after 30 minutes did not see the shuttle bus, also it should be signed at the airport to confirm you are at the stopping place. Taxi cost € 21.50

ConvenieNce for overnight stay near the Airport. Pleasant and quite friendly. Useful shuttle to the terminals Difficult to find when on foot: inadequite map. I spent a long time trying to get there. Shuttle does not run at weekends.
