The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the beds have the most amazingly comfortable mattresses! The staff were helpful, professional in their manner and knowledgeable about the area. I would most definitely stay there again. |

The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. Good desk area as well The bar was very expensive although the range of spirits and cocktails was impressive. |

Modern and well appointed, good rooms not too small, functional bathrooms with an unusual and attractive layout. Very efficient and courteous service, good breakfast, excellent position close to the city. |

It hit the nail on the head - I travel a lot and rarely find a hotel which I hits the spot as this one did. An interesting layout in the roomn which worked well. The rooms are bright, very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet and very friendly, professional staff. Close to everything in Hamburg. If you like a well run hotel with the comforts of a top hotel but you can do without the pomp which comes with many of the big '5 star hotels' you have come to the right place. Advice to the hotel: It is not acceptable today for a non smoker to have to settle for a smoking room - change the ratio of rooms. |

In general it was a nice hotel, quite comfortable and clean. Good location, 10 min walking from the metro station and very close to St Michaelis (one of the city's tourist attractions). The stuff at the reception when I arrived was not very kind. Wireless internet in such hotels should be free of charge for guests. |

Location is very good for this hotel, even though it's in the middle of Hamburg it's in a quiet area. Just a few minutes walk and you are at the townsquare, Reperbahn or Landbrücke. Easy to find restaurants next to hotel also. |

The room was directly connected to the bathroom and toilet. No doors. Very modern but poor concept. Not recomendable for couples as from the bedroom you have no closed door to the bathroom |

The size of the room. Cleanliness. The first night our air conditioner did not seem to be cooling appropriately. We notified the front desk and the following nights it did seem better. However, we would still liked it to have been colder. |
