Good central location for us, friendly, helpful staff, very good accommodations, liked the view from the 12th floor, price was right, underground parking, convenient to the hotel good, indoor as well as outdoor seating for drinks or eating, close to central market place. A little hard to find from the main street. Signage could be better coming up the road from the West.

Perfect localisation, friendly and competent staff, spacious and well-equipped rooms. I would prefer having simple, continental breakfast included in price (or optional). Now the breakfast is fine, rich but very expensive. There are people (I am one) who do not like to eat too much for breakfasts. For them paying 15 E for a cup of coffee plus two pieces of bread with jam or honey is unacceptable.

Zweimal im letzten Jahr in Cottbus zu tun gehabt, zweimal im Lindner gewesen. Dieses Jahr nur wegen des Lindner nach Cottbus gekommen, die Stadt war diesmal nur Nebensache. Unser eindeutiges Lieblingshotel!

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr geräumig, neu eingerichtet und machten einen blitzsauberen Eindruck. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bett mit einer komfortablen Matratze.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Hausmeister für techn. Probleme kam sehr schnell und hatte die Störungen beseitigt. Klasse !! Man fühlte sich sehr wohl bei Ihnen, ich werde gerne Ihr Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Zimmer 1201: altbacken, verwinkelt und eng, Bad und Aussicht über die Stadt jedoch sehr gut. Nicht unsauber, aber kein erfrischender Gesamteindruck. Ablageflächen überladen. Fernseher "verbraucht" viel Platz auf dem Tisch, Wandhalter wäre vorteilhafter und würde Platz für den Stuhl am Tisch an der richtigen Stelle ermöglichen (Lesen/Schreiben). Zimmerpreis: gut. Frühstück: sehr umfangreiches Angebot aber teuer.

Da der Anlaß unseres Aufenthaltes im Hotel mehr dienstlich war, war nicht viel Zeit in Ruhe Eindrücke zu sammeln. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt durchaus zu empfehlen. Für lägeren Aufenthalt weniger. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insbesondere beim Frühstück hat nicht gestimmt. Für 15.-€ pro Person erwarte ich ganz einfach mehr, insbesondere Obst und Gemüse. Einen Tip für die Mitarbeiter an der rezeption - nicht so schnell von den Gästen aus der Ruhe bringen lassen. Ist nicht immer leicht, dass weiß ich. Aber Ruhe wirkt professioneller.
