The room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. I was also happy about the coffee maker, different kinds of tea bags and an apple in the room. When we asked the lady at the front desk for some information about nearby restaurants, she didn't check the details for us although she wasn't so sure about the information she was going to give us. Thus, we couldn't eat what we wanted that night, on our last night in Germany... That was the only thing we regretted during this trip. |

Rooms are big enough and new designed.Breakfast is quite rich,quailty The reception design is disappointed.Looks so poor if compared the hotel quality.Service personnel is needed to be trained about hotel business. |

J'ai réservé une chambre première classe pour 119 euros la nuit. J'ai eu une suite avec grand salon, salle de bain en marbre, lits très confortables.Les repas sont un peu chers mais de qualité. On m'a offert le petit déjeuner pour mon fils de 11 ans (23 euros). La vod est à un tarif correct (6 euros), et il y a des films tout public en français. Piscine très agréable. |

Zimmer + Sauberkeit mir wurde am anreisetag einfach gesagt das wir in einem anderen Hotel Essen müssen ,da das Hotelrestaurant ausgebucht sei. absolute frechheit.hatte 3 übernachtungen gebucht und trotzdem war die karte (zimmerschlüssel) jeden Tag um 12.00 uhr gesperrt . lächerlich |

Die Grösse des Zimmers und die fantastische Aussicht haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war bemerkenswert. Der Fussboden im Spabereich ist bei Nässe lebensgefährlich. Mindestens ein Schild"Rutschgefahr bei Nässe" wäre angebracht um ihre Besucher zu warnen und sie als Hotel vor Schadenshaftung zu bewahren. Zudem scheinen sowohl der Spabereich sowie das Frühstückszimmer nicht den Zimmerkapazitäten angepasst zu sein, da es weder im Spa noch im Frühstücksraum genug Sitzgelegenheiten gab. |

we kregen een upgrade hebben heerlijk gegeten, werden vriendelijk ontvangen toen we de ingang niet konden vinden (voor de mensen met een navigatiesysteem - neem wasserstr. 6)... kortom prima verblijf! |

We kregen een mooie ruime kamer met meer dan voldoende plaats voor de extra bedden voor onze twee kinderen (7 en 9 jaar) en uitzicht op de rivier de main. Ontbijt was geweldig (hoefden alleen voor 1 kind te betalen) en hebben s'ochtends heerlijk even gezwommen in het zwembad. |
