Well appointed hotel with first class amenities and design. Large suites with separate bedroom and entertainment areas. Decent restaurant Location was a bit away from central city action - but only 2 blocks from S-bahn and a couple of stops from HBF |

Perfect view from hotel rooms. Hotel is near train station. American cuisine. My preference is local (Frankfurt) cuisine. |

The restaurant is not what one expects in this quality hotel, fortunately the spanish bar next the hotel had excellent meals. |

The Superior Room was really good, comfortable and spacious. Underground parking, wifi internet. Nice hotel overall. The staff forgot to charge us for parking (although I asked at check out about it) so had to return from garage to pay after a failed attempt to exit it. 20 Euro for it is a bit expensive I think. The reception area is small, 5 people and luggage tends to be too much already. |

The room was in fact a gorgious appartment with kitchen facilities, a large living room, a large bathroom and a large bedroom with a beautiful view on the plaza and a fountain. Staff very nice. Very good breakfast. Very good service at the restaurant. Nearby the subway to get to the airport. Very good pool facilities. Excellent quality/price ratio. Very well located for visiting. Next to the Main River. Everything is perfect, except the breakfast is very expensive. |

Very quiet , room service was good and once I asked for a desk light they provided it to me The pillows were very thin ( as everywhere else in Germany). The air condition duck is too small compared to the size of the room ( one duck for the whole room, bed and living room) |

Front lady was very kind and helpful. There was safety and big parking-lot in the garage. We sometimes met residents of this building in the elevator. It is better to separate the elevator fot the hotel guest and residents. |

The room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. I was also happy about the coffee maker, different kinds of tea bags and an apple in the room. When we asked the lady at the front desk for some information about nearby restaurants, she didn't check the details for us although she wasn't so sure about the information she was going to give us. Thus, we couldn't eat what we wanted that night, on our last night in Germany... That was the only thing we regretted during this trip. |

Rooms are big enough and new designed.Breakfast is quite rich,quailty The reception design is disappointed.Looks so poor if compared the hotel quality.Service personnel is needed to be trained about hotel business. |

近くにおいしいインドレストランがあり良かった ホテルの給湯施設のキャパが小さく、バスが宿泊客が多いと、水しかでない、トラブルが発生する。トラブルへ- の対処をハウスキーパーやレセプションに問い合わせても、何の対応もしてくれない。フランクフルトマイン駅- からは、タクシーでしか行けない。少し遠い。 |

近くのインド料理レストランが良かった。 バスの水が、HOTがでないと、受付・ハウスキーパーにクレームしたら、まるっきり対応がなかった。他の部- 屋と同時に使うと、お湯がでない設備になっている。朝まで、お湯がでなかった。 |

Kamer was echt supermooi en groot, evenals uitzicht vanaf de 16e etage. Alles nieuw! géén parkeergelegenheid voor verhoogde Volkswagen Crafter bus, ook niet bij navraag personeel. Het zwembad is erg klein, en je zit echt te kijk voor de mensen buiten, vanwege alle ramen. |

Goed hotel,mooie en ruime kamer.Personeel bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De prijs van het ontbijt is gezien het gebodene te hoog .Voor het parkeren wordt een belachelijke prijs gevraagd van 20 euro per dag. |

lo staff sempre presente, i numerosi servizi offerti e l'elegante e confortevole arredamento della camera. Facile da trovare. non ha molti mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze, ma in 10-15 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro città. l'unico autobus che lo collega alla stazione centrale dei treni è il 46 (che non passa frequentemente) ma è possibile usufluire di taxi che con 10 - 15 € ti portano alla stazione. personalmente a me piace camminare e non ho trovato la cosa spiacevole. |

Lage war optimal, aber die Personalien sind noch vieles beizubringen. Kaum Aufmerksamkeiten + wohltuend.... Das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt + Waerend meiner Aufenthalt (3 UeN) niemals die Wettwaesche gewechselt! |

Ich liebe dieses Hotel, wegen der schönen grossen Zimmer! Das man innerhalb des Hotels nicht auf andere Etagen fahren kann um z.B. eine Freundin zu besuchen. Das ist aber nicht wirklich dramatisch |
