Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, gepflegte Atmosphäre Aufgrund einer im Hotel stattfindenen Zusammenkunft von Werbefachleuten fand am Samstagabend eine "Disco" statt. Erst nachdem ich mich gegen 0.40 Uhr bei der Rezeption beschwerte, wurde dieses doch recht laute Event gestoppt. Die Tür zum Badezimmer fiel immer zu, obwohl sie ganz geöffnet war. Das hatte zur Folge, daß sich mein Freund - am Waschtisch stehend - erheblich an der scharfen Türklinke verletzt hat (Schürfwunde, großer Bluterguss). Am nächsten morgen passierte mir dasselbe, allerdings ohne so drastische Auswirkungen. Die Sache mit der Tür bzw. der Türklinke sollte geändert werden. Ferner war die Dusche eine Fehlplanung. Beim Duschen ergoß sich das Wasser zwangsläufig auf das Podest der Badewanne und von dort auf den Boden. |

Man wollte mir im Gegensatz zur Booking Bestätigung den doppelten Preis berechnen. Der Booking Beleg konnte angeblich nicht gefunden werden. Die Diskussion darüber hat mich sehr geärgert. Wenn man nicht zu dem günstigen Preis stehen kann , sollte mans lasssen !! |

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, insbesondere empfinde ich die Möglichkeit des Frühstückens im Garten als sehr angenehm und entspannend. Parkplätze scheinen ausreichend und kostenlos zur Verfügung zu stehen. Für ein 5* Haus ein günstiger Preis (aber ... siehe nachfolgende Passage). Eigentlich nicht. Die Zimmereinrichtung lässt aber teilweise nicht auf ein 5* Hotel schließen (manche Einrichtungsgegenstände, die natürlich zweckmäßig und genauso ihrem Zweck entsprechend genutzt werden können, scheinen aber nicht zeitgemäß/modern zu sein). Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände die man braucht waren auch vorhanden (auch genügend Kleiderbügel u.auch das andere Equipement). |

Ontvangst bij de entree en receptie was klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging van het hotel is mooi groen en rustig. De inrichting van het hotel en hotelkamer is van mooie kwaliteit en kleurstelling is warm chique. |

Sehr grosszügig eingerichtetes Hotel mit grosser Lobby und breiten Fluren. Das Zimmer war angenehm gross, das Bett sehr gut und das Bad sehr gut eingerichtet. Auf persönliche Wünsche haben die Mitarbeiter perfekt reagiert, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Nein, uns ist absolut nichts Negatives aufgefallen. |
