All the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable for the price. Location is also good -- five minutes walk along the Bleichstrasse to the Eschenheimer Tor; or 5-10 minutes the other way to reach the shops and retail galleries along the Zeil. It is hotel policy to block a large amount on your credit card as security for longer stays -- potentially might be an issue if, like me, you have a relatively low card limit and only one credit card, as your card will then be rendered unusable for the duration of your stay. This is fairly common practice in Germany apparently, so worth clarifying when booking. |

We got a beautiful room, fully furnished and comfortable with a very nice view on Frankfurt city line. After a long haul flight a real relief was the sauna located on the basement level. A gem. The only breakfast option seemed rather expensive. |

Das Zimmer und die Mitarbeiterinnen (sehr hilfsbereit) Der Essraum ist sehr hell und kalt eingerichtet. Regt nicht wirklich zum verweilen an. |

Nous avons apprécié l'espace du studio, la déco moderne et de bonne qualité J'ai été surprise dans un appartement hôtel disposant d'une kitchenette que tout l'équipement de cuisine sans exception soit mis sous clef et que l'on ne puisse pas par exemple utiliser un mug pour se faire une simple tisane le soir...ou manger un yaourt avec une cuillère une café.... |

大変快適に過させていただきました。食事も満足でした。ただ、施設（サウナ、TVガイド、コーヒメーカ、T- ELの使い方）ガイドがあればよりよかったと思います。 若干、インタネットアクセス（無線）がつながりにくかったです。 |
