Die Zimmer sind groß, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer verfügte über eine wirklich gute Küchenzeile. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind ausreichend ruhig. Die Parkgarage mit Direktzugang zum Hotel bewahrt vor Diebstahl des Wagens und erübrigt das Verlassen des Hotels zu Fuß. Der Garten und die Außenterasse laden im Sommer zum Sitzenbleiben ein. Ganz miese Lage in (besonders Abends) recht übler Gegend. Für alleinreisende Frauen nicht wirklich geeignet. Treppenhaus und Aufzüge sind durchaus keine gute Visitenkarte. Das Hotelpersonal scheint hauptsächlich aus Auszubildenden oder angelernten Kräften zu bestehen - man bemüht sich allerdings. |

Saubere, moderne und zwecksmäßige Zimmer.Gut für Geschäftsreisende, der nicht zuviel Geld ausgeben möchte. Nein, mir hat der Aufenthalt nicht gefallen.Das Hotel ist nicht sehr central gelegen wie beschrieben, sondern in einer nicht sehr freundlichen Gegend.Ausserdem hat mir die Mitarbeiterin gesagt es waere eine Minibar im Zimmer, was nicht zutraf.Da ich im 7.Stock untergebracht war hatte ich keine Lust nochmal runter an die Bar zu gehen. |

hotel was sighted to our satisfaction, was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. a problem with credit card charges was detected after checking-out however on email contact metter was rectified promptly and efficiently, much appreciated weather was particularly warm and airconditioning was not able to cope. an uncomfortable night. |

The location is superb, just 5 min. walk to the downtown & Metro rail. The rooms are spacious & the kitchen facility is good. In breif the stay was very comfortable & we would come back |

The rooms are excellent - very comfortable and well-appointed. The location is excellent. I didn't want to leave. The kitchenette did not have dish soap, and the cleaning staff did not wash the small number of dishes in the sink. I am sure this will be remedied as the hotel fixes little glitches after its opening. |

The hotel is a nice surprise. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. It comes with a living room, a small kitchen and bar, a separated bedroom with a little walk-in closet. Staff is friendly and helpful and even the maid spoke good English. A very good hotel and I will stay there again. Price got a bit too high during the Bookfair, but I suppose it's normal in all over Frankfurt that room rates at least double for these events. There could be helpful to have a little more explanation on how to use the facilities such as the great-looking coffee machine or on the charges for minibar. |
