This time except the clean and nice room, nothing Many times I prefer more appartements rather than hotels. To have cooking facility inside. But hotel do not allow to use kitchen if we would not stay "long" time which was not defined. I stayed this hotel few times before and they recently started to apply this although it is not stated in booking.com terms.

Nice,centrally located.A flat is better than a hotel room,and this one was of an ok size.It was clean , comfortable and since it was located at the back towards a garden quiet.The service was very good,and the staff helpful. A bit strange with steps before the elevator.The doors were very heavy.

The location is excellent! Well within walking distance of Zeil Strasse and all of the niche neighborhoods. Very nice park located immedately behind the hotel and the Zoo is only a few blocks away. The rooms are quiet and secure and safety both in and around the hotel were never a concern. The staff are professional and accomodating and go out of their way to ensure that all needs are met.

الموقع فقط عند الوصول تم تسكيني في غرفة غير المطلوبة في الحجز وعند المطالبة بالحجز الصحيح تم تصحيح الخطأ من جانب الفندق الفندق غير مريح وغير مناسب لكبار السن والمعاقين والاطفال يحتاج النزيل للوصول للغرفة ان يفتح خمس ابواب وكذلك اللفت يحتاج الوصول الية بعد الركوب على سلالم

酒店离购物很近，就是冬天冷，走路去地铁站还是有点远，夏天就更好了。酒店的早餐头几天还不错，后面几天就- 差了。 早餐那里的人员太少，食物太少。
