uitstekende zeer schone ruime designkamer met alle faciliteiten, airco en volledige keuken, eigenlijk meer een appartement. Oogstrelend restaurant/ontbijt met kleine prima kaart, uitstekende wijn cq ontbijt, perfecte koffie, terras straatzijde en terras in aanbouw fraaie binnentuin aan park, vlakbij De winkelstraat Zeil, eigen parkeergarage onder het hotel onze vrienden zaten aan de straatzijde, vrij drukke weg, ramen moeten echt dicht daar en slapen op airco; wij aan de binnenzijde perfect rustig. Nauwelijks tot geen openbare parkeergelegenheid in de buurt; parkeergarage hotel extra maar redelijke kosten |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de ruimte en de functionaliteit van de kamer Over het verschil tussen het geboekte prijs (255 euro) en de te betalen bedrag voor een nacht (271 euro), met de mededeling van de kant van he personeel dat het ontbijt niet inclusief was wegens Buchmesse in Frankfurt!!!!! |

The room itself was fit for long or short stay with all the facilities of home, e.g kitchenette. It was also a stones throw from the main shopping street. |

The hotel was nice, comfortable, modern & most importantly clean.The staff were very friendly & quite helpful.The location was very good, near to all essential amenities without being in a very busy area. One has to be very careful with regard to the billing system, especially with paying in advance. I am unsure if this problem lay specifically with the hotel or with the booking agent but upon checking out they tried to charge me for my stay a 3rd time. Previously when I booked this hotel online my visa was charged twice, once this was rectified I was assured this would not happen again, however the hotel or booking agent tried to charge me when I checked out, despite the bill already being settled! |

Very professionell and nice personell. Excellent location next to the main shopping areas and central Frankfurt.But: It would have been nice with a consumer guide on the DVD-player? A guide how to use the DVD-player |

Nice location near the centre (zeil) and free parking on the street in the weekend. The bedrooms at the backside of the building are very quiet. |

hotel was sighted to our satisfaction, was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. a problem with credit card charges was detected after checking-out however on email contact metter was rectified promptly and efficiently, much appreciated weather was particularly warm and airconditioning was not able to cope. an uncomfortable night. |

The staffs are very helpful, which make us feel like home. The location is also good for us. No, what can u expect to pay such amount to have a big room and also the WI FI is included. |

The staff was friendly and the room according to my expectations. The doors on each floor required a body builder to open - the springs need adjustment. |

Fresh, clean with cozy rooms near Frankfurt shopping plaza. Breakfast cost 16,00 EUR but it was worth that. I recomend. |

The location is superb, just 5 min. walk to the downtown & Metro rail. The rooms are spacious & the kitchen facility is good. In breif the stay was very comfortable & we would come back |

The rooms are excellent - very comfortable and well-appointed. The location is excellent. I didn't want to leave. The kitchenette did not have dish soap, and the cleaning staff did not wash the small number of dishes in the sink. I am sure this will be remedied as the hotel fixes little glitches after its opening. |

Viel zu hohe Preise für Null Leistung! Bei der Ankunft in der engen Garage, nach zu vielen schweren Türen und Treppen, kleinem engen Lift, findet man die Rezeption nicht, weil, sie im Bistro an der Bar ist. Man bekommt einen Zimmerschlüssel, der nicht funktioniert und muss im düsteren Flur 20 Minuten auf 3 verschiedene Hotelmitarbeiter warten, bis die Zimmertür geöffnet ist. Beim stornieren des Zimmers, wegen der schlechten Lage und den Unannehmlichkeiten, wird einem fast der ganze Betrag der reservierten 4 Nächte in Rechnung gestellt. Eine Frechheit! Man sollte doch noch aussuchen können, wo man 4 Nächte übernachten will. |
