LiV'iN Hotel & Residence Seilerstraße

The hotel is a nice surprise. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. It comes with a living room, a small kitchen and bar, a separated bedroom with a little walk-in closet. Staff is friendly and helpful and even the maid spoke good English. A very good hotel and I will stay there again.

Price got a bit too high during the Bookfair, but I suppose it's normal in all over Frankfurt that room rates at least double for these events. There could be helpful to have a little more explanation on how to use the facilities such as the great-looking coffee machine or on the charges for minibar.

The rooms are excellent - very comfortable and well-appointed. The location is excellent. I didn't want to leave.

The kitchenette did not have dish soap, and the cleaning staff did not wash the small number of dishes in the sink. I am sure this will be remedied as the hotel fixes little glitches after its opening.

Viel zu hohe Preise für Null Leistung! Bei der Ankunft in der engen Garage, nach zu vielen schweren Türen und Treppen, kleinem engen Lift, findet man die Rezeption nicht, weil, sie im Bistro an der Bar ist. Man bekommt einen Zimmerschlüssel, der nicht funktioniert und muss im düsteren Flur 20 Minuten auf 3 verschiedene Hotelmitarbeiter warten, bis die Zimmertür geöffnet ist. Beim stornieren des Zimmers, wegen der schlechten Lage und den Unannehmlichkeiten, wird einem fast der ganze Betrag der reservierten 4 Nächte in Rechnung gestellt. Eine Frechheit! Man sollte doch noch aussuchen können, wo man 4 Nächte übernachten will.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal ist vorhanden; hat insgesamt einen sehr sauberen Eindruck gemacht.
